We upgraded to business class. Nice seat with lots of room but otherwise not impressive.

Poor. Our flight was delayed and they told me I would be fine to make my connection in Lisbon, I missed it. Then they told me my bag would be automatically loaded onto my new flight to rome. It wasn’t. It’s been 4 days and I still don’t have it.

Flew Business class and did not like anything, flight attendants were rude and not helpful. Food was of poor quality and I did not eat meals.

An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

Flight was 2+ hrs late boarding. Delay updates were nonexistent. Boarding Gate change was by word of mouth.

Disastrous boarding. Entered air bridge only to descend stairs and enter a bus. Plane had insufficient storage, was old and chair recline was damaged. Air stewardess was sullen.

Very little space between chairs, making any long travel very uncomfortable. Food is also very basic.

Cobrar por escolher assento em voos longos é desumano e um tanto quanto covarde, pois já vamos passar horas sentados. O banheiro não tinha papel e estava bem sujo. O avião era um modelo novo emlderno. O entretenimento muito bom com filmes modernos e a refeição estava muito boa. Vôo atrasou demais.
