love the crews and my only problem was the delay at Frankfurt was very bad. I have travelled with Lufthansa for over 30 years now and this was cost me some planned business appointment

It was a short flight. Plenty of room on the plane. It was also extremely clean.

The male attendant has zero personality. It seemed like he was over worked or hated his job, not once did he smile or made any contact with the people on the plane. Strictly business and call it a day!

We flew first class - the screens are outdated and very small. Even on highest brightness level is was hard to recognize anything. Food was on average, nothing special. Champagne served was the same other airlines serving in Business Class.

very small seats the scree did not work. I could not watch anything for 9 hours.

The crew was the best I’ve ever encountered. Business class was spacious, immaculate, and very modern.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Excellent flight overall. Lufthansa Business service was excellent with great cabin crew and very good food and wines. The seat comfort was excellent. Only a slight reduction in score due to the 747-400 being a relatively loud aircraft these days.

The flight was delayed by an hour. Made the connection uncomfortably tight.
