Cons: "Customer Service is Dead with British Airways!!! I will make every effort not to fly with BA again"

Cons: "Customer Service is Dead with British Airways!!! I will make every effort not to fly with BA again"
Cons: "Crew could have reprimanded people not wearing their masks or not covering their noses. The airline could have kept middle seats open to instill more confidence in flying."
Cons: "Nothing!!! It was a great flight!!!"
Cons: "Size of the seats"
Cons: "Better drink selection"
Cons: "For an hour and one half flight the seats were tolerable. Anything longer than that would have been torture."
Cons: "Just wish there was another few inches width on seats"
Pros: "Friendly, helpful and professional crew."
Pros: "The crew were pleasant and helpful"
Cons: "The entertainment system is way behind many other carriers - poor variety of choice, and small poor quality screens"
Pros: "Excellence view of London performered by the pilot. Very please with that."
Cons: "All good except for the seat, let my neck with a bit of pain."
Pros: "On time"
Pros: "On time departure and arrival"
Pros: "Helpful and friendly staff"
Cons: "Filth plane"
Pros: "Crew very friendly"
Cons: "No free coffee."
Pros: "No hassle and all straight forward"
Pros: "Check in and crew were very nice"
Cons: "Baggage was slow But everything was fine Pilot kept us informed"
Pros: "I was very well looked after by crew."
Pros: "I like flights that land on purpose in a couple.troled way. This one did that. Good enough for me."
Cons: "Having to fly, but sometimes if happens."
Pros: "Short flight"
Cons: "All baggage lost. Wasn't put on the plane because they didn't have enough containers. Ground crew at London was courteous. Luggage had to be sent on to the US the next day. No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."
Pros: "On-time departure and arrival. Courteous efficient crew, both on land and in the air."
Cons: "My main gripe is that if you want a plain cup of coffee or a bottle of water, you are charged for it and can pay only with a credit card, but only if that card is chip and pin, and my US card isn't. Yes, it is high time that the US move into the current millennium and get chip and pin cards, but that is beside the point. I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"
Pros: "Usual efficient BA"
Cons: "N/a"
Cons: "Had to take an emergency trip to London. The cost of the ticket for an hour flight was outrageous. $900 US was highway robbery."
Pros: "Not much, flights were on time is the only positive"
Cons: "Turbulence (other airlines went out of their way to avoid it, by BA didn’t seem to care), BA has got rid of in flight services - so what am I paying so much for? - and made me exit and re-enter through security despite the fact that I’d checked in for a connecting flight. Overall not a positive experience and don’t think I’ll be rushing to fly with them again."
Cons: "For some reason we were boarded and ready to go and only then did they think to send for a de-icer. A 40 minute delay on a 1 hour flight. At the other end we then had to wait 20 mins to get off."
Pros: "I got there. It was safe."
Cons: "Entertainment system shut off."
Pros: "Service and price"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Crew, funny safety instructions with Gordon Ramsey"
Cons: "Delays"
Pros: "everyone was very nice-thank you"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "I have to pay for water?????"
Pros: "Comfortable and on time. We didn't have any food or entertainment so can't rate for them."
Cons: "After sitting on the tarmac (I understand the delay) for 2 hours there was no water available for another hour past takeoff. And then it was only available for purchase. Really, a cup of free water is asking too much?"
Pros: "Boarding seemed simple, no zones were called except for priority, we just all boarded and it seemed to go quickly and smoothly. BA is all pay onboard for any food or drinks."
Cons: "The cost to check in a bag was 65 pounds. We are a family of 3 and so that was 195 pounds. It is unreasonable to charge that much to check in a bag and ridiculous for ticket pricing to not be clear about this."
Pros: "Left on Time"
Cons: "Food costs money and not even water is free."
Pros: "We got to our destination safely which is always the most important thing."
Cons: "There didn't seem to be as much space as usual on international flights. The plane never got to a comfortable temperature and we were hot all the way home. One of our tv's didnt work which made for a very long 8 + hours."
Pros: "The cabin crew were friendly and service was excellent"
Cons: "Keep the complementary snacks and drinks made the flight great after a long day"
Pros: "Nice plane, and quick flight to Heathrow from Glasgow. The plane had to leave late due to weather but the pilot kept passengers informed and made up time in the air so we were only 15 minutes late. The crew was available to discuss implications for connections."
Cons: "No entertainment options but this was a small plane and quick flight, so I didn't expect anything."
Pros: "Blanket and quiet to sleep"
Cons: "my screen didn't work"
Cons: "There was a massive delay and I stood in line 6 hours to rebook. Because of the long rebooking line, I missed multiple other potential alternative flights that day and had to spend an unscheduled night in the suburbs of Glasgow. Had rebooking been more efficient, I could have returned home the day scheduled. Very disappointed."
Cons: "late on two occasions first one 20 mins second and the n an hour. Not told why. Then boarding passes had to be reissued with different seats ..whole thing a shambles"
Cons: "M&S Food menu is limited as it is - they then also run out of most items and couldnt serve passengers on a 5 hour flight.."
Pros: "Crew was friendly, food was good, tv entertainment has a lot more choices now, decent leg room, smooth landing and take off,"
Cons: "Flight being late 2 hours and we had to sit in the plane for that amount of time, they didn't their refreshment service early"
Pros: "Happy stewards"
Cons: "Everyone was terrible"
Cons: "Cabin luggage is too big for regional aircraft. Size limits need to be imposed more strictly."
Cons: "Boarding process was a bit chaotic. Announcement s needed to be clearer. Also all old movies on the IFE."
Pros: "Left/arrived on time"
Cons: "Old airplane, no movie selections, grumpy service, small seats."
Pros: "NOTHING"
Cons: "We booked on Kayak for a British Airways flight international--but it was a bait and switch. We ended up flying on American Airlines--the WORST! And our whole reason for booking British Airways was to avoid any US airline... We paid a premium, plus Kayak then sends you to a third party processor that charges you another $100 booking fee! American Airlines was terrible! Not even an entertainment center on an international flight (OLD PLANE THAT SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT OF SERVICE!). We will NEVER use KAYAK again."
