The crew was first rate. They allowed me to switch my middle seat to an isle seat and it made my flight home so much more comfortable.
Everything went very smoothly I loved having the earphones and the blanket and the staff was just super friendly
I was advertised a free seat selection for a "Smart" fare through BusinessClass.com. I was never able to select a seat. I thus paid extra for a bill of goods I was never provided. would love to speak with a representative of Kayak
The boarding time for this flight was ridiculous, longest in all my time flying. There was a problem with the original plane so it was switched at the last minute. Not a good substitution. We were delayed in departing. The bathrooms for economy were not adequate. The crew were pleasant but not present in the economy section, in an ~ 8hr flight only twice did they come through offering water, easy to get very dehydrated. I had to go and ask every hour for more water. The seats were cramped, and I have no idea what they did to the coffee but it was undrinkable. The food, was disgusting, utterly inedible, I am stunned by the lack of care and quality with the inflight service, very disappointing, I had expected better from Aer Lingus.
Excellent cabin crew. They helped a number of passengers with mobility challenges and a mother with a 3 year old and an infant. Better than most other airlines by far. Well done Eduardo!

Internet didn’t work more than 30 seconds at a time. Stared at my seat for most of the flight.
We had a connection flight in Toronto and the checked bags didn’t arrive to the baggage claim area 1.5 hours later- this caused us to miss our flight because of the delay. I called Aer Lingus to see if they could help, but since I booked it through a third party on Kayak, they said they couldn’t help. Are you able to help with this? We needed up getting a hotel and renting a car for the solution.

We couldn't talk to aer lingus we had issues with the flight change and aer lingus made us talk to kayak
flight delay was announced after passengers were staged to board the flight. Communication regarding subsequent gate changes was poor.
Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.
Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.
Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.
They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.
Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.
Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.
You have improved through the many years I have flown with you. But you still nickle and dime your customers. I paid extra for carry on and priority boarding.
While this flight from Dublin to Venice boarded on time, its departure was delayed by about an hour because, apparently, there were no demonstration kits on board, and we couldn't depart until the safety demonstration was completed. We were informed that we were in danger of losing our delayed slot if Ryanair engineering didn't provide the kits 'soon', which would have resulted in an additional two-hour delay. Thankfully, we didn't incur that additional delay. It's not clear where the source of this problem lies but it needs to be addressed to ensure it does not recur for other flights in the future.
Flight was delayed due to weather so not much Ryanair could do about that - otherwise it was very efficient and smooth
