We were helped whenever needed and had a pleasant flight.
My school age daughter was not sat near me. We left almost an hour late. Therefore arriving late and missing another flight. Since it was not a connecting flight there was nothing Lufthansa could do about it. After the selay in take off and arrival we waited almost an hour for baggage claim. There was zero concern for my inconvenience. I asked if we could insure being seated together on the return. They stated no because we booked through Kayak. I typically love Lufthansa. This was very disappointing.
United flight from Frankfurt to Istanbul is on Lufthanza and United could neither provide a boarding pass or Lufthanza code to get a boarding pass. Very poor connection ability in Frankfurt and much frustration with the connection.
Overall good experience with boarding, and food. No entertainment was provided from Frankfurt to Delhi, that could have been better

This was my first time using Lufthansa, from he friendly and courteous crew and great captains this was a great experience.
Not much leg room. The person in front of me had her seat reclined throughout the flight— made it very difficult to get up. Staff was excellent and worked very hard.
The seats were too close together. My sister is 5ft 9in tall and her knees were against the back of the seat in front of her. She couldn't straighten her legs. It was difficult to get out to go to the rest room. Everything else was good. We were serviced frequently with drinks, water, cookies, two delicious meals, and warm washcloths. The movies we watched were great. The temperature was good and we had pillows and blankets.
The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.
