Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable
There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time
The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
Flight was on time, staff are friendly and helpful onboard.
Delay and had to run between flight to get my connection due to this delay but besides that the overall experience was ok. I arrived with just an hour of delay.
Couldn’t get boarding pass in SLC even with help from a redcoat, so had to find a desk in AMS to get boarding pass. Technical problems so not sure why. Very inconvenient. The KLM app is not as user friendly as most apps. Also had to wait almost an hour on the tarmac for a fuel truck, which caused us to miss a connecting bus in LUX.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
Most things went well, but the legroom was lacking. The crew were great.
I was very happy to see that Lufthansa had direct flights from Frankfurt to Tampa. The pasta dinner was delicious, but the pizza wasn't that good. I suggest a selection of wurst and cheese with crackers or an egg wrap might be more refreshing.
Good food, overall very comfy. The flight was full so obviously not optimal, but it is what it is.
Parents with permanently crying baby on board. Neither parents nor crew did anything to calm the baby. The food was extremely disappointing. Seafood stew was very, very small! Not even appetizer size! Seat had a gap in the back. Had to use a pillow to fill it.

The already delayed flight took an hour to find no-show passenger bags, which seemed long. Flight attendants only provided flight transfer information to a few passengers not all.
It could not have been cancelled and the rebooking pro could have been smooth, not requiring me to be on hold and standing at check-in counter at Air Canada (not AC fault) for a total of 3 hours. Ridiculous.
Never took the flight due to strikes which happens but there was no timely coordination to find me new flights. I had to call Lufthansa and Kayak support only to be given no good options and a 75% refund. Ended up spending way more for alternative flights that I coordinated myself for a trip I had booked 6 months prior.
Definitely get premium economy on a flight this long if you can. Your legs and while body will thank you.
