A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!

A special shout-out to one of the check-in staff at DUB yesterday noon. We had to use the "Closing Flights" counter and we met, hands down, the most efficient person - able to resolve several issues in the matter of minutes, while remaining polite and calming everyone down. Great job, Aer Lingus!

Air Lingus was in no hurry to get us on the plane as sat at the gate a long time before they boarded us. Then they leave us on the tarmac for an hour. They were no help to let me know what I needed to do to get home. I had to navigate London Heathrow with 0 help from them.

The delay was very discouraging--- having to wait in the airport during the heat wave after a long flight from the US was a challenge.

Everything was great!! I had no problems!! I would fly Aer Lingus again! 🥰

From Rome to Dublin if you want any refreshments you have to pay for them, Not used to this as we typically get soft drinks and a little snack on a 3hour flight in the US.

Boarding was fine, difficult to understand the guy over the speaker though so we were unsure when exactly to board until they updated the monitor by the gate. Flight itself was fine, nice flight attendants, seats were comfortable enough, good selection of entertainment on the screens. Other airlines at a similar price point have included wifi though, at a minimum messaging, for free, so that was a little disappointing to not have that. But otherwise fine. Food was pretty decent, nice hot meal, good drink selection, nice snacks. Bathrooms were ok, could've been cleaned a little more often, but they were never bad.

Vegetarian food option was very poor. Effectively, overcooked rice ("risotto"). Zero protein which is always disappointing with no vegetables and poorly seasoned. Basically had lots of carbs on 6-hour flight. Not acceptable for business class in 2026. Flight was otherwise very good.

Small plane. Tight seating . What can one say except that it was fast!

Excellent flight and crew. Boarding at Dublin Airport was a very difficult trying to find the right gate.

I had a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect but the crew helped me check my bags and made sure I got in the correct line to board. It was a bit of a walk to my gate so arrive early. I would recommend securing a flight that includes checking in your bag if you remotely think your baggage is over 10kg/22lbs. Be safe and upgrade unless you are carrying a backpack or weekend type baggage.

Everything was good with Tap Air Portugal. It was Logan Airport that was a problem. The fuel system was down and delayed my 10:40 boarding. I wasn't able to board my flight until 2:00 am...after that my flights were great.

Seats had no charging ports. Our plane was rerouted to Boston and we were landed on the tarmac with no food or water for 3 hours (illegal). We then waited in the airport for 3 hours while staff had no information regarding where our bags were or when we were going to get them.

Very poor communications during flight. Our flight was diverted with no communication. We waited for hours in the terminal for word on how we would get to Newark No chargers on the plane Won’t be flying them again

This is a terrible airline. Never again. We got diverted for weather and are sitting on the tarmac now for hours. No updates. No water. No food. This is insane.

Not have my bag forced to be checked when I had a carry on included on my ticket. Staff was very rude to me for asking why they were doing this. I was told there was no more room for carry ons but there was plenty of space in the overhead compartments

There were no delays. I almost lost my connection because of the new EES system

It was a game of hurry up and wait. As advised we arrived at the terminal e hours prior to boarding. We waited about 45 minutes before anyone showed up at the check-in terminal. When someone does arrive she rearranges the line and we think we are going to be checked in. Nope. She leaves and we wait another 15 min. before anyone else shows up. One person got behind her computer and about 15 min later started to check the first person in . Then one more person arrives spends 10-15 behind the desk and then she starts checking in someone. Two more staff arrive and another 10 min or so they are ready to begin checking in people. We have a 11:50 international flight and it is 9:45. And then on of the agents, closes her desk and leaves. And every leg of our flight was delayed; we waited at terminals, we waited to take off, we waited to deplane. After arriving in Porto within 10min of our connection schwduled to take off, we were told to go to the last bus. We waited on the bus (until all the other busses had left) and then we waited another 10 min or so for one of the ground controllers who wanted a ride with us but was busy with a woman who needed the handicap van. He did not help her to the van, but was standing with her and talking with hher. We were rushed through border control and told not to wait for the rest of our party only to get on the plane and then have to wait another 45 min before we were cleared for take off. The waits were not 10 or 20 minutes, they were 35-55 minute waits each time. Miraculously, we made it back only 2 1/2 hours later than we we were originally scheduled. Given the nonchalance and seaming disinterest from many of the staff, I was expecting that we would not get on until much later than that.

The crew was excellent. What I did not enjoy was the food. I have taken many international flights and this was on the low end. Otherwise the trip was fine.

Seats were the most uncomfortable seats i ever experienced on a flight to Europe from Boston. It was a waist of money in buying premium seats for top dollars. I want my money back for what i paid extra for my seats. Awful conditions!

An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.

Although our departure (DUB) was slightly delayed we reached our destination (LBA) ahead of schedule. The price was very competitive too (around €100 return). Plus, the departure times for both legs were very good: 13:05 and 15:10, respectively. I gave a neutral rating for Food and Entertainment because I didn't avail of either.

Just pushing back from gate now. Boarded into fourth aircraft with 13 hour delay to scheduled departure. Crappy experience.

Notified as to why there’s a delay with our flight.

They boarded us but somehow did not manage to record us boarding, so rather than check if we were onboard they removed our bags from the aircraft. I got a call from Ryanair staff in Dublin when I landed in Madiera asking me where I was!!! When I said I was in Madiera I was told what had happened. Our bags were to be sent to Madiera the next day via Manchester, they didn’t arrive. They are now due to arrive two days before we leave. I don’t see myself using Ryanair again unless I am forced to and even then I may just refuse.

Flight was over an hour late. Boarding was really messy with long queues at the plane.

Cabin crew couldn’t be less interested. Cabin manager was the most arrogant and the rudest I’ve encountered in many years.

The worst flight ever. Sitting in plane for 4 hours delay and then they change crew. No water or food offered to any passengers including children in that time. Only 2 toilets out of 3 operating for flight with 200 passengers. Only enough food available for about 7 rows of seats depending where you sat you might be lucky. Cabin crew very unfriendly.

I haven't had a ok flight with Ryanair in so long!

Ryanair is the worst airline in Europe and easily one of the worst in the planet

Usual RyanAir flight but disembarking was poor, no rear steps. The Faro Airport required lots of up step and down steps, no elevator Getting through passport control took 50 minutes in the EU line
