Fair, difficult to find the departure gate. Luggage delayed on arrival

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

Worst travel experience ever. One flight missed due to a delay, got rebooked, that one got cancelled and 0 customer service whatsoever. No help for finding our luggage or getting a hotel.

The crew were good. The flight was on time. The entertainment choice was ok. But the food was bad, tasted and texture were awful.

I always have issues to connect with BA WIFI. Nothing to blame BA for but there is always an issue getting a gate at any London Airport whether the flight is on time or delayed. But overall a great flight.

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

Waited 3.25 hours in plane only to have the flight cancelled.

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?

Absolutely the worst airline. Can’t find anything positive to say. We were in business which is the same as most airlines coach

The onboard service was fantastic, really in a class of its own
