Even in business class, no 2 members of our family including kids were able to sit together. I booked the tickets months in advance. The all my luggage was left in London and arrived 2 days later. It took hours to report the missing luggage at the airport and 3-4 hours to recover one of the bags from the airport with mind bending amount of paperwork. Worst experience ever, I would seriously reconsider traveling by British Airways again.

Worst experience ever, I would seriously reconsider traveling by British Airways again.

Overall, the food and entertainment were great. The staff were amazing, polite and professional. They did not have WiFi on board on this leg but that was okay. There was a delay in boarding from London and landing at Mumbai airport but the pilot communicate DC the reason for the delayed landing. They even sent us an apology afterwards for the delayed landing.

The leg from Portland to Heathrow was great for a business class ticket. The BA leg from Heathrow to Lisbon was terrible. Basically coach seating with an empty seat between you and next passenger. Absolutely no leg room. Should not have been charged for business class and it was a 3 hour flight.

Why don't they board from the back of the plane to the front. We have to move by all the people and their luggage to get to the seats.

It was a good experience, especially travelling with a baby and their accessories

Boarding was poor. Why are first class passengers not boarded first?! Bus to the plane and then held on a packed bus because we were waiting for people on the bus before to finish boarding. Seat belt on the fist clas seat is very uncomfortable, cutting into your neck. Other than that crew, seating and food were all excellent. Entertainment, as usual - rubbish.

They sat my 2 year old in the seat behind me, separate from myself and my 5 year-old daughter. When I asked them to fix it they told me to speak to the gate agent in London. When I asked in London they told me to talk to the cabin crew. Then a “Supervisor” stuck us in row 39 at the back of the plane when we were originally sitting in row 25/26. They ran out of food which was gross anyway, and the entertain didn’t work the first hour of the flight. Overall terrible experience.

We missed the connection because we had to wait for a shuttle from the plane to the Terminal. Also, we needed assistance and none was available.

Experience with British Airways was hopeless and the response from ground staff after flight cancellation was hopeless

The boarding call announcements versus the Staff announcements versus the digital signage board on the out-going and returning flights WERE NOT IN SYNC. I was sent through check and re-checks 3 times. WHY?
