Last minute change of aircraft from Amsterdam to Mexico City made our seats different and not as comfy as on the 787-900 planned. Crew was a little bit snippy and not as friendly as I expected on Aeromexico. KLM crews are fantastic! KLM food is not so much for their short-haul flights serving these salad vegan boxes.
Food and service were excellent. Some of the crew were wonderful.
There was already a group forming a line at zone 4 for a good 15mins and another group created another line just 5mins before boarding and the 1st group had to re-queue. A few of us voiced out to the floor crew but they did nothing. Earphones. Could be supplied first since the flight is suffisent for a movie.

Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

Cons: "Not really related to the flight itself, but this was my first time flying British Airways, and they have a policy where you can't pick your seat until 24-hour in advance unless you pay an extra fee to choose early. I thought this was similar to Southwest's early bird check-in where no one really opts to pay for such a feature, but apparently with British Airways, everyone pays to pick a seat early. I checked in to my flight literally one minute after the site opened up and there were only middle seats left. So, if you've never flown BA before and you have a long flight, you might want to pay the extra fee to choose your seat early."

Priority boarding for Ryanair means that you will stand up earlier and wait for all the others to be scanned in outside the boarding gate, and then board the bus together with the whole herd. A total nonsense. Wasted money.
The almost 2 hours delay was announced at the last moment at the airport. Final gate shown 20 later than announced (40 mins to new boarding time). The staff and crew of Wizzair were professional and treated us well in these circumstances.

Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

Cons: "Boarding was chaotic and gate was suddenly changed. Priority tickets did not assure priority boarding. Confusing at best."
Pros: "There wasn't anything that stands out that made me happy."
Cons: "Our flight was delayed. We were asked to go to our gate at 18.55 and had to queue for 45 minutes before getting on the plane as it hadn't landed yet from the previous flight. No information was given regarding this. We got on the plane at about 8.10pm and it took off at 8.30pm, 50 minutes later than the squeduled time."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "I flew from Cork Ireland to PMI and unfortunately a large group of young adults boarded as well. They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing. Poorly handled situation that made the rest of the passengers suffer through the appalling behavior."
Cons: "You have to wait in crazy long lines and you will probably miss your flight like we did and fork out 250 euro for the next flight. They do not use technology and have far too few employees to handle the number of customers they have. I will never try to use this airline again. This is the first review I have ever written."
