There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work
Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.
The flight was on time and the crew very professional. Everything went as expected and I will use BA again for this trip.
Offered vegetable curry when it was actually tofu which I don’t care for.
Seating space was crowded and I am a very small woman.
They canceled my flight , they put me on a different flight that was delayed and the connection was lost . They lost my luggage. And now I’m stuck with any of my belongings.
Almost 3 hour delay. First because the crew was late. Then a technical problem with the airplane.
The entertainment system in the plane ✈️ didn’t work in our row… makes for a MUCH longer flight.
My parents travelled through british airways. Service was very poor. They were not able to eat anything in the flight due to poor customer service in the flight.
Stewart's and Stewardesses were kind amd polite. Pilot communicated very well. Will definitely fly British Airways in the future.
