Pros: "The Irish accents of the people when we managed to actually get a human being on customer service. Also, the other passengers were nice. Finally, when the flight was cancelled, they did put us up a hotel with a pool. They also have a cool logo."
Cons: "Not only was the flight cancelled (with no clear communication or updates) but the new flights they booked for us weren't recognized by partner airlines and it was impossible to resolve the problem without their help, and no help at all was available this morning. We booked another flight on our own and assume they will pay us back. They'd better or we'll find a lawyer."

Cons: "I was not permitted to check in online through any website (BA, Are Lingus etc.) then I was not permitted to self-check in at a kiosk. By the time I was able to check in all that was left was a middle seat. I asked about upgrades and was told I would need to pay full price for one of those tickets. The seats are veryyy cramped, the entertainment system was outdated, the food was gross and wine was expensive."

I explained my situation that because they changed my flight that I would now have to get a hotel, stay overnight and fly out the next day. They said there was nothing they could do and refused to pay for the hotel or meals that would be incurred as a result of their changing my flight. This was after I explained that I had originally paid more for the tickets on their airline so I would NOT have a long layover. Worst customer service I have ever encountered."

Crew were polite and courteous, even going to some extra effort to get me a semblance of a meal."
Cons: "Booked this flight every last minute and didn't order a Vegan option at the time. Was flying business over lunch time so a meal was served. However there was no vegetarian option on the menu. I expected there to be a vegetarian option at least, and I would work around my dietary choice, but with no vegetarian option, this was impossible to do. In the end the crew managed to rustle up something from the Crew meal and I was able to then have snippets of meal segments that suited my requirements. How could this be prevented in the future? Make available a vegetarian choice on all meal served flights. A Meat eater can eat vegetarian at a push but not the other way around. I know if might be too much to ask to make that a Vegan option as standard, because then every one can eat it, but just putting that out there."

We waited without information in the airport for over 6 hours and then were told to exit after which it took another 3 to 4 hours to get out of the airport. We were told to find a hotel with no help or voucher - nothing was showing available under $1000 a night, save our receipts for any food we might have, rebook our flight. As we were leaving the airport, we were given water, nothing before that. We received information as we were leaving the airport about our rights for recompense. Fortunately, a Heathrow staff member helped us with finding a hotel that cost about $400. We never were able to get to Frankfurt to see our family there and had to book train tickets to Paris to meet our hotel reservation there two days later. It was a bad situation, handled in a way that caused confusion, fear and unhealthy situations of standing for long periods and I will not be doing business with British Airways in future."

Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."

However we were held on the plane after arriving in milan and accosted by ryan air officials threatening to sue us because THEIR card machine broke and we didnt have cash. Then they had us escorted out of gate to the atm were we got them cash. the whole entire process was a night mare. NEVER AGAIN"

They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing.
