Leave enough time for transfer! Especially when changing from T3 to T5. Heathrow is gigantic

Everything was fine regarding the actual flying. The only thing that was annoying is the quite long line and wait time at the check-in. BA policy is good and somewhat better than some other airlines ridiculously strict and limiting baggage rules. Heathrow is a giant airport, so those who are connecting should know that it takes a long time (almost 2 hours) to change terminals. There are lots of passengers, the shuttles are packed to the gill, and the buildings are huge, so long walking is necessary. Although the security is going pretty fast, there is no time to look around, so as long as people are aware of it, it is fine. I think one of the best and most passenger-friendly airport in Europe is Schiphol in Amsterdam.

Heathrow airport is very inefficient and complicated to get around. You need at least an hour and 20 minutes between your flights to make any connection in time. I don’t think I’ll ever do any connections there in the future. Flying into it is fine if that is your final destination.

Low-cost airline. Airbus A-320 and 321 series are not comfortable on flights taking more than 3 hours. Seats are uncomfortable. Very limited foot space, especially when having a bag under the seat in front of you.

Typical wizzair flight, nothing special , but as there were flight in the evening we got sandwiches with 50% discount. Terminal wizzair is using is awful. Separate from normal airport, no duty free and only one cafe. Also was late for more than 2 hours but we didn’t got any food or water vouchers.

Timely departures and arrivals. The seat was slightly forward leaning which made it uncomfortable

Flight was delayed by two hours and we then sat on the runway for another 40 minutes and circled Gatwick twice making it 3 hours later landing this is very poor compared to all the other operators I’ve flown with the outbound flight was an hour late

There were not enough staff and signage to direct people to Wizz Priority lanes for check-in and boarding. It didn't feel like we were Wizz Priority holders.

Had to pay £45 to check in at the airport because I didn't check-in online at least 3 hours prior... and it wasn't mentioned on the booking / App (online check-in is only marked as "included service"). Upon landing, captain failed to land the first attempt and had to take off again for an re-attempt. Overall mid experience, would definitely pay a bit more at first to avoid this again.

Two of our boarding details were missing and they wanted to charge us 84 pounds for that, although it was totally their fault

They boarded us despite knowing we wouldn’t be taking off for another hour and boarded us into a plane who’s air conditioning was not working properly. So we were sat in a hot plane for an hour with no access to the bathroom getting hotter and hotter. A little bit of communication between the teams would have avoided this.

I planned to be working during the flight but next to and in front of me there was a family (basically all around me) who had screaming kids all the way long and they were rude and the kid was kicking me as well and constantly wanted to grab my phone etc. I was so pissed, I didn't think they will travel priority so I didn't think they'll sit next to me but they did. I asked the crew if there is a chance for me to go to another seat far away from there...And they were so kind, immediately after take off they showed a seat for me that is far away from these people. I'm so grateful for this!!! I hate that I cannot figure out these things in advance. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO PAY MORE IN ADVANCE TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO FAMILIES W KIDS AROUND ME!!!!

Brand new aircraft Airbus 321neo, good seats although no recline (so no arguments with other passengers). Orderly boarding using front and rear aircraft doors for efficiency. Departed on time and artived 25min early. During check in, ground staff are very strict about permitted baggage and carry-on weight and size - you're only allowed what you paid for. Onboard food and beverage prices are a bit high but similar to airport coffee shops.

The crew on the flight were not particularly pleasant and fluid restriction was an issue. I was not allowed to fill my water bottle. Crew didn't check on passengers other than meal service.

BA is a fine airline. The problem lies with XCOVER INSURANCE, that KAYAK uses. Very poor service from insurance. No telephone number to contact XCOVER. Their replies are inadequate & overall very bad insurance. I wish kayak uses standard insurance company., such as AIG.

British Airways offers amenities subpar with all other airlines flying internationally. Sharing tis based on my experience with flying at least five other airline between IAD-DEL in the last six months.

The worst parts were not BA’s fault. The chaos of passport control etc was totally unnecessary. One of the Officers who was stamping passports (remember that) told me that if I had a problem, I should contact Boris Johnson! Secondly, the distance from the Lounge to the Gate was beyond acceptable. All in all, the issues with immigration and emigration and the hikes within the airport mean I won’t be returning anytime soon

Worth every penny to upgrade to BC. Treated and felt more like First Class

I missed my flight because I was sick and the medicine the chemist provided made me sleepy. I had to pay $3500 to get home because you classified me as a no-show and would not listen to me otherwise. In addition you wanted to route me through Dubai, which was under siege by the time I arrived home and would’ve been in trouble. Had I taken that route

Limited entertainment. Music - very limited variety of music. Suggest more options in Hindi, Telugu, English for flights leaving from Hyderabad.

Good service, food and comfort in World Traveller Plus. Entertainment was poor - no wifi on the way out and barely working on the way back. Not a great choice of entertainment on the seat back tv.

Food was good. For a long haul flight, there was “0” zero entertainment! What a disappointment. I do try to avoid BA. Next time its Emirates via Dubai to Cairo.

The internet was working on both sectors of the flight so hard to take the flight if you are on business.
