€625 Find Cheap Flights from Brazil to Cork

Flight delayed in terms of boarding and Kayak was great in updating but the team on the groping at British Airways were really poor

Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

Used to be my "go to" airline but would be my last choice these days. I think some of the cabin crew believe it would be a great job if it wasn't for the customers.

BA have long since lost their way. They are a budget airline without the budget fares. Everything from booking to boarding to flying to arrival is just plain ordinary. I fly BA if the only alternative is Ryanair who are even worse. Otherwise we fly KLM or Lufthansa who are so much better.

An hour to check-in because they were not organizing the counter personnel well; they lost my baggage and after 48 hours they so not pick the phone, answer emails, and I still do not know how to claim my essentials (its purposely not their on their "help" page).

Aer Lingus was the actual airline so they handled everything professionally.

The luggage is still in transit and the ground staff at Heathrow airport very rude and uncooperative. If I was you, I would fire them straight away. Bunch of incompetent folks.

The seat was very uncomfortable. It helped to use the foot rest. Could not sleep because of the seat.

5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable

British Airways did a great job and the entire crew was punctual and polite; dignified and delightful!
