Cons: I am 6’3” I have been placed in the middle seat on four flights. The flight attendants and airport staff are the worst, they’re supposedly never wrong.

Cons: The representative at check in almost charged us €100 for a checked bag we’d already paid for when we bought our tickets online. When I asked her “didn’t we already pay for this?” She checked her screen and just said “oh” and let us through.

Cons: Upon check in Dublin there was only one attendant at the check in counter in business class. Had seat assigned when I booked the flight and check in counter gave different seats so was not sitting beside my husband.

Cons: My problem was not flight itself, but boarding from T2 in Charleroi (arrived too early and nearly no facility to eat and wait in a decenta way).

Pros: Ryanair still don’t have enough leg room for taller people. Very uncomfortable. Cheap but not that cheerful if you’re over 6 ft

Cons: Crew at baggage drop/departure gate seemed that they didn't want to be there and they were not very pleasant to the people boarding. Ryan Air had changed their baggage policy after we booked. Originally allowed one carry on and one personal bag. Now you have to purchase priority to take both
