Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Still waiting to hear back when it will be delivered.
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
My schedule flight was rebooking and changed to Chicago, then I did not used the flight from Dulles to Savannah
Not what I expected for the last leg of a $5100 business class experience. Boarding was a nightmare. The flight was delayed and I had to keep checking my email to ensure I was at the right gate since the airline or the terminal had no clue until 15 mins prior to boarding. Food was gross, limited drink options.
Flights scheduled with impossible connections - Lufthansa apparently believes it takes 7mins to change terminals, go through passport control, re-clear security and walk 1.8kms…..and everything will work perfectly (which it never does at Frankfurt). No staff on hand to assist with transfers on delayed flights. No transfer guidance provided by app. No compensation offered for 6hr delay to connecting flight.
Delayed flight with no explanations; poorly managed gate and boarding process.
Before the flight I received an email from LH that our seat were changed to other comparable seats. At boarding however we found our reassigned “comparable” seats were directly by the toilet. They sure were no “comparable “ seats and we were quite disappointed!
My flight was cancelled night before departure. It got rescheduled for two days later. As a result, I occurred additional lounging expenses, rent a car expenses, food, missed day of work and the worst part my son missed first day of new school.
It was terrible, I was denied to board the plane because I don't have Germany visa, but I don't know I need a visa because all I want is go back to united state and I don't need to enter Germany. When I buy the ticket and checking in I entered my Chinese passport information and I did not get any notifications that I need apply for Germany visa. This trouble is generated totally by Lufthansa and they don't offer any useful help to solve my issue which cause huge problems to my travels.
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
