Pros: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Cons: The seats are small as it is. Putting boxes under the front seats hurts after a few hours ... whoever designs this should be forced to fly long-howls himself

Pros: The flight was super relaxed and comfortable. We really loved the Magnum ice cream at the end of the flight.

Pros: Very comfortable seats, lots of options for movies and tv to watch on their screens, lots of leg room.

Cons: Cool flight, delayed, seat was in very back of plane, and Kayak did not carry over my personal info such as Known Traveler Number, nor would it allow me to check online.

Cons: I’d prefer more a la carte food options rather than only boxes of stuff that include 3 things I don’t want.

Pros: Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

Cons: The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments

Cons: I travel very light, was finishing up a 14 day trip around the world, couldn’t check-in online. Tried a number of options. When arriving at airport - my checked bag was a total of 12kg, but was told if I planned to bring it home with me that I had to pay $100 bag fee. I realize that airlines charge bag fees - however, I was unaware in advance, booking from Lhr to FLL with layover in Oslo.

Cons: I’m 6’5”, so legroom can always be a complaint, but this wasn’t too bad. The plane appeared to be fairly old and didn’t have WiFi. Entertainment also was on an older screen which was navigated by using an old in-seat phone.

Pros: Information sharing by pilots and crew. Economy class leg room is good.

Pros: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Cons: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Cons: No food provided "due to a strike the previous day". Not sure why this would impact on providing a sandwich or snack particularly when champagne was still available for first class passengers.

Cons: Staff: from check in to landing, they could at least smile. Baggage claim was a nightmare, 6 Schengen flights in the same belt.

Pros: We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers

Cons: Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area

Pros: All Crew from check in to departing plane was wonderful! Best customer service of all the airlines I’ve flown with.
