The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag

I thought KLM was the best airline but the Lima - Amsterdam was 1 hours late, the Brussels - Amsterdam was 2.30 hours late and the Amsterdam - Lima was 30 minutes late

Well, in my case; the flight was delayed 1 hour, we have to wait in the plane to get green light. And the plane (probably because was a short trip) did not have entertainment or WiFi. No a good experience.
one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains
Let’s be honest. You know you are boarding a flight where the seats don’t recline and you need to pay double the price for bread, gin and water. But beware, they test your tolerance to torture pre boarding. They call all British passport holders. Then tag cabin luggage to be checked. And the ground staff pretend not to know what is happening and just says - please ask the other staff.
The crew was excellent. The food was not good. I have taken many international flights and the meal was not good by comparison.
The cabin crew were curt, not with me, but observed with other passengers. They were unduly rude and it was unprovoked and when they realized they were wrong, they made no attempt to apologize for their own confusion.
The long wait at JFK made the trip horrible. Also not having enough buses when we deplaned was annoying
The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.
The airline made last minute changes to our business class seats splitting our family of 4 with young children who had pre-booked a row of 4 seats. The seat was also dirty and sticky. Our pre-ordered child meals were also not available. :(

Airline attendant never walks along the isle to check if everyone is ok. The food is worst I’ve experienced. Chicken pasta is very salty while the fish is bland and over-cooked. Only two toilets for the entire economy section.
We upgraded to economy plus for the extra room and the seats weren’t any different from others. There was no foot rest nor extra leg room. Total waste of money.
In Business Class, it would have been nice to be offered a beverage upon boarding. Food was very mediocre. Staff was friendly and courteous, but never seemed to go above and beyond.
The boarding procedure got confusing because they wanted to weigh everyone’s carry-on. Apparently mine was 3 1/2 kg over their limit. I didn’t know they had a limit. And at the check-in desk, nothing was said about this. They wanted me to check the carry-on at no charge and that would have been fine except then they told me at my connection in London I would have to go outside to baggage claim retrieve my bag, and then recheck it. In other words, they could not check it to my final destination, only to London. I told him this was unacceptable so after a few minutes of discussion, they came back and said that my bag would be OK to carry on the plane. It seems that if you have a connection then the weight is not as important. Then when I actually went to board the boarding agent said I needed a tag indicating that my bag had been weighed, even though she had just five minutes ago talked to the same person who cleared me. Lots of confusion seems like a very bad process. They need to improve this.
Bad experience. The seat room are very tight. The food is not good and the breakfast has no hot drink.
Boarding was 2 1/2 late no explanation Captain said he did not know why, but he rested at home for an extra couple of hours. Food was edible, Nothing more.

Food was terrible, tasteless. I ordered ovo lacto special menu in business class and got vegan tasteless food instead. Really disappointing.

BA once again made it even worse. Crew arrived almost 1 hour late delaying the flight, food (in Business / Club) was simply horrible and our luggages were lost. It is just amazing the effort made by BA to irritate and make the life of its frequent flyers miserable ! Congrats BA !
