Service was bad and food they told us they only had pasta very rude

Very helpful crew, including airport people, getting us in wheelchairs and working so hard to get us where we need on time!

The flight attendants were rude in the DEL to FRA flight. The transfer between the two flights at Frankfurt International Airport was an unpleasant experience. The airplane was never parked at the terminal, but was deboarded instead on the tarmac itself. For those passengers in need of a wheelchair, it was a nightmare to come down the stairs and then rush across the airport to catch the connecting flight from FRA to IAH. Upon arriving at IAH, it was informed that the luggage had not arrived. Would make it a point never to travel with Lufthansa again.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

It was great. The airline staff was very friendly. The FRA security was a bit harsh doing their job but friendly overall.

The boarding system was all bogus - employees at the boarding gate were not sound like proffesional or may be possibly rational

Flight ride was good, crew members were great however they need to hire some better food caterer.

The flight was delayed but I was still able to board the connecting flight in Munich.

Crew were professionals. However, the plane seats are too small -essentially there is no space to move around which for so many hours is almost inhuman but certainly unacceptable. Same with the bad quality of food and the fact that you need to purchase Wi-Fi

We were delayed so long that I missed the next flight. I should’ve arrived in Catania at 4 o’clock and arrived at 1 AM. The late departure was due to a water leak due to a dirty filter, according to the flight staff, and that seems like something that should’ve been taken care of before the flight. It’s too simple of a mechanical problem to make you miss the whole day.
