Delta's economy seats are so tiny that even a small person like myself finds it agonizing to ride in them for a moderate-length flight. We need aggressive regulation of our airlines to prevent the unconscionable and humiliating way they treat economy passengers. It's not safe, healthy or humane to ask human beings to sit for hours in tiny spaces with very little air (on top of everything else, the plane was mercilessly hot the whole time). Next time I will choose a European carrier--even the discount Euro carriers are better than any US airline."

My poor rating was because the luggage handling was really poor. Lots of flights from Paris to Amsterdam (almost hourly), but my bag showed up 12 hours later. My wife's bag took 36 hours. And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

They shut down the airport in Frankfurt so we couldn't take off at our destination and when they allowed us to fly into Frankfurt, Lufthansa didn't wait and hundreds of people were stranded from different areas because of the closed airport to all flights. We waited 5 hours to rebook a destination back to the USA and traveling lasted 24hours. Right now I'm not sure if I'll be refunded my tickets for thedomestic airline flight. WE will NEVER want to fly out of Frankfurt and especially with Lufthansa. I have to say the people at the service counters were very nice and helpful but it took 5 hours to get serviced and were missed 2 possible connecting flights. Lufthansa was a good airline but that was 20 years ago. The airport is too big now has too many delays so I'll avoid it at all cost."

Cons: "Flight was delayed over an hour and that added to an already for a very long day. We also ended up waiting a long time while aboard. There apparently was a weight balancing issue. It took them a long time to let us know why we were sitting there. Otherwise everything was okay."

Pros: "It was an hour and 10 minute flight, so there wasn't really much space for error. They still gave me snacks and drinks which I didn't expect considering how short of a trip it was."

Cons: "Flight attendant was mean and nasty. She asked me to take my headphones off, to which I complied but shook my head as I took them off. The flight attendant then started shouting at me as to why I shook my head and she got loud and confrontational for no apparent reason. I just looked at her in disbelief without saying a word. I don’t think I will travel WestJet ever again."
Cons: "I was traveling with a piece of artwork and had to check it in oversized luggage, but as I was going through customs, I wasn't allowed in, because the Westjet team couldn't find it. I was escorted to their waiting zone, where I spent 1.5 hours waiting in limbo trying to figure out what I could do. Thank goodness the flight was delayed 80 minutes, because I was finally able to make the flight with 2 minutes to spare after running to the gates. The flight time, 65 minutes. I find it hard to believe the flight got delayed an entire flight. To couple that, when the plane landed in LGA (where I am as I write this), we're stranded on the runway because we don't have clearance to pull into our taxi area."

Cons: "I had to get searched by crew twice even with the delayed flight it was random even going through all the proper procedures of checking in with my carry on luggage and etc. It was not organized and I got the run around and I just felt like not a valued customer. When boarding the flight I got passed over with beverage and snack. My neighbors next to me looked at me with concern and I just ignored it and didn't want to ask because I was already bothered by my whole experience coming back to New York."
Pros: "As always with Westjet the crew was great, I got upgraded to Plus seating which was a nice surprise."
Cons: "I did experience a technical glitch which didn't let me check in online or with the kiosk due to the system thinking I still owed a flight-change fee from months before. But the woman at the check-in desk fixed things up and upgraded my seat."
Cons: "Lack of access to entertainment without having our own personal device to view and having to download an app to be able to view entertainment"

Cons: "There was a baggage strike in Copenhagen. We sat on the tarmac for about an hour awaiting a gate opening. The flight to Chicago took off an hour late and we missed our connecting flight into Columbus. And our bags never arrived in Chicago."

I barely made the flight. I am also still waiting on United Airlines to find my luggage, they are supposed to call me and drop off my luggage."

I will not fly Lufthansa ever after this. SAS should have its own representatives who understand customer service at all gates."

Cons: "The (transatlantic) flight was delayed 8 hours and the only compensation received was 175DKK for lunch. Had to stay in the airport over 11 hours due to this delay and had already had a 16 hour layover from the day before. I realize that unexpected delays may occur, particularly in cases where passenger safety is in question, but delays of more than 5 hours cause major inconvenience and I felt stuck in the airport with my bags and having checked out of my hotel room already. Just compensating for lunch is not enough. In the future a partial reimbursement for the flight, access to the priority lounge or a more comfortable facility such as a hotel would provide the passengers with compensation proportional to the inconvenience."
