Cons: "The gate agent at JFK was annoying. She forced us to check carry on bags for no apparent reason. Much larger carry on’s were allowed both before and after us. Her fellow agent seemed like she wanted to apologize for her capricious behavior, but was understandably hesitant to do so. The airplane seating was cramped and uncomfortable. The rntertainment choices were very limited unless you enjoy superhero movies or a very limited range of audio/musical selections. So it goes in coach class."

Cons: "Asked to have all the food (appetizer, main course, etc) served together , as they advertise, but was told that service wasn't available. Ordered dinner, was almost as tasty as a Stouffers meal (it was some type of glop of lamb). 7 hours into flight the menu advertised a warm chocolate chip cookie, asked for one was told they THOUGHT they were out, came back about an hour later said the found one, but it wasn't warm, so I passed (not a real fan of eating food they found) About 8 hours into flight , the attendant said out of the blue that they were sorry about not providing the meal all together as requested, but that the other attendant didn't know they offered that service."

Pros: "We flew Delta. My husband fractured his ankle and got a cast the day before our flight to Cancun. No turning back Our seat assignments had us separated on some segments and also at window and middle seats. On all flights we were bumped up to comfort seats with an empty seat next to us for his cast and the final flight home put in an earlier flight home to avoid a six hour layover! Delta really went over and beyond expected."
Cons: "Kayak sent me an alert to our flight telling us we left from Terminal S in Atlanta. After several joyvrides on the tram we found out there is no Terminal S!"

Cons: "however on the initial trip to cozumel we where rerouted from kc to huntvilles therefore missing our connecting flight to cozumel so the airline was accomodating and reseated us on a flight to cancun instead and I was thankful but i know that that flight was cheaper when i booked this but i didnt want to make the treak to cancun and bus and then ferry to cozumel but ended up doing that anyway is there any way at all to be compensated for the diffrence I am not upset at all but that made for a really long day getting there Just putting it out there"
Cons: "Delta airlines has very poor costumer service. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, I witness a couple people fighting on the phone like me. When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

Pros: "Nothing quite as nice as first class. Ravioli for dinner was tasty. The browned butter gelato is amazing. That's why I only fly Delta and I fly every week. While other airlines decline, Delta shines. Thanks to the awesome crew."
Cons: "Missed original flight. I have been a premier customer of United for years. The only thing I've seen so far is extra baggage. When we first got our Amex Delta cards we boarded with sky. Now we are on much later."

Cons: "I was sitting in a "Delta Comfort+" seat in an exit row. The extra legroom was nice, but the tray table was so far forward I could hardly reach it, and there was no armrest on the window side. The seat covers appeared to be heavily worn, with tears and padding falling out in some places."

Pros: "The staff onboard was friendly and attentive. They made every effort to make sure I had whatever I wanted. Boarding was quick and easy. The onbaord entertainment system had a large selection and I was never without something worth watching."
Cons: "The first class accommodation isn't as good as advertised. The seat is supposed to completely recline allowing you to sleep. Unfortunately if you're 6 foot or taller there isn't enough room. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach."

Cons: "We decided to volunteer to take a different flight from our connection to New York because they were overbooked. When it came time to board the international flight, they screwed up our boarding passes and made us wait until the end to board. We were zone 1, priority boarding. The tv screens were very small and so glitchy I stopped watching my movie halfway through. The connector flight from philly to NYC was much more comfortable and had beautiful screens."

Pros: "Weather, I think, caused a delay for my flight to Atlanta from Dallas which results in missing my connection. I was traveling with my 4-year old granddaughter. However, when I arrived having already missed my flight, I found special assistance area and was able to immediately connect with an agent who booked us on the next flight (last flight of the day to Richmond). Saving the day."

The gate agents and crew did what they could to get the plane loaded faster, but they loaded the front first and those in the back could not get past making loading the plane take even longer."
