Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Cons: "Took first available train , arr. Freising at 9:50. Arrived at Terminal 2 by bus ca. 10:25. I am handicapped and a slow walker, so I got to departure floor ca. `10:40. Waited in line at self-serve check-in; found out that it does not have ability to process numbers (for US address). Attendant was not helpful and nasty. She told me me to go to the regular check-in line, where I waited another 45 minutes. None of the 3 "help" personnel standing around when approached managed to tell me that there was a special counter for handicapped persons. The one at the express self-check-in refused to give me her lasst name or any form of ID (first name Sophia). After waiting an additional 15 minutes for a wheelchair, I was deposited in a waiting area, where a second wheelchair arrived after another long wait. Told me I might not make the plan (I did). Overall a very unpleasant and nasty experience. With the exception of the very nice lady (Mrs. Ilser?? ) who checked in my luggage, none of the other 3 persons at the express and regular check-in spoke decent German or English, and none was helpful (Go there, wait!!!) Barely made the plane in MUC, Heathrow turned out much better than the touted German efficiency. Please forward to Lufthansa customer relations. Dr. W. Hartwig"

I have been in long-range (16 hours) flights that were more comfortable than this. If anything fell on the floor, I couldn't retrieve, I couldn't sleep at all & had contorted joints & a body ache when we landed. To design such tiny seats is truly inhumane."

Cons: "The wash bag is now so limited- the bare minimum (and that's in business class!). No comb even. No face wipe either. It's an obvious thing to economise on from the airline's point of view, but it doesn't really have to cost them anything. And the choice of new films was somewhat disappointing - they are relying quite a lot on older films. and no duty free at all (the crew were apparently not given the correct paperwork to allow sales). This was disappointing as I had been hoping to pick up a dual SIM gadget. None of these minus points are major, but they detracted from my enjoyment of the flight"

I loved the headrests that adjust to whatever height you want. I also loved the remotes with the TV screens because I've never had that before and my arm gets tired playing the games! Cons: "We didn’t take it. Although it was scheduled for a 6:50 am departure it was delayed until noon and we would have missed our flight from London to the U. S. It was very hectic and frustrating trying to find another flight. We got NO help from ez-Jet. Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."
Pros: "Did not take this flight. Had to pay 89 Euros extra to change the flight because we were given the wrong flight number when it was booked and printed out. The printout read 3:45 pm as the leaving time, but the flight number printed was for the 10:10 am flight."

But i arrived to the flight after an injury in my leg when i can barley walk and needed my handbag as it has my painkillers and my leg band, but they refuse to let me keep it and keep insist that i have to put it inside the cabin bag. At the end i paid 60 euro!!!! for that as i didn't have energy to argue and the flight was about to leave. This is the last time i'll use easy jet!!! i'd rather pay more and get some human behavior. very very poor and disappointing experience."

After waiting on the security line for 90 mins and concerned we were not going to make our flight, I called to find out what my options. I was greeted by a very rude and unhelpful individual who ended up just hanging up the phone on me after asking if she could help me by telling me my options. Not exactly something I wanted to experience after the frustration of waiting on a line for 90mins."

Cons: "I am disappointed with the baggage weight and the carry-on policy. They should be more flexible with that. Its only one carry-on per person but should not be counting on purses, lights back packs or laptops. I paid $94 for two checked baggages and only had my small carry-on and a little back pack with my personal stuffs when before boarding the crew ask me to make my bag fit into the small carry-on. Totally disappointed."
