Worst of the 3 flights so far. Food was not good, wasn’t ask my choice. Airplane was the A320 which was not as nice as the 787. Left and arrived late.

Cabin was kept very hot and it was uncomfortable. Entertainment system did not work at my seat. Crew and service is fantastic

IAH to Istanbul was outstanding across the board. The flight from Istanbul to Male was good, not great.

Cancelled with no notification and no assistance from ground staff re options or rebooking, where to stay or how we could get home to LHR.

Surprised for charged $341.00 FOR my luggage. THY opportunist, taken advantage of the people not knowing luggage must be paid.. I flew 7 months ago with Lufthansa same place to Los Angeles my family lives and work in L.A. no luggage PAYS BIG zero .. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY FLIGHTS ✈️ FROM TURKISH AIRLINES EVER AGAIN 😒 Please Don't recommend TURKISH Airlines to nobody.. I am a retired person. With very limited S.S. check for a month..$341.00 is my kitchen expenses for at list 5 weeks i am a vegetarian salads and sandwiches.. thank you very much for your investigation asking my experience about the flight with ROTTEN Airlines 😀

I was asked window seat on check in in Dar-es-Salaam. The person on the deck told me "yes, no problem", but gave me 10e and 25b seats! Better just to say "no"

Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class

My, Syed Zawar Hussein Shirazi frequently flyer membership number was not included on my boarding pass from O’Hare to Istanbul despite my reminder to the attendant at check in. Further she forgot to give me my boarding pass form Istanbul to Lahore and she needs to improve her customer service, please 🙏

They oversold the tickets by one which was my ticket so I didn’t have a ticket till last second

it was like a banya -so hot... They did provide a great experience with special food. one toilet broke midflight In general it was a peaceful and relaxing flight - for business class it was good.
