Pros: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).

Cons: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.

Cons: The crew service is very bad, they are rude. And the thing from dubai to Hyderabad one of the attendants doesn't even help with the luggage, don't close the top shelf behaved as if untounchavility prevailed which Is very bad

Pros: The crew was good, helpful and attentive. Boarding was flawless.

Cons: The TV touchscreen was not working neither for me nor for my neighbor. The third one in a row was functional, though, but it was not ours. :) The food, snacks, drinks were very limited and on the low-budget.

Pros: It’s 1 hour flight and you get a drink of your choice and a sandwich - which is very generous and cool compare to other airlines
