The flight attendants seemed to just want to “get it over with” with questions like “are you done?” The attendants wanted to take our drink order as soon as we got in without giving us a chance to settle into our seats and kept hovering over us until I had to ask her to give us a couple of minutes. The airline did not stock enough snack and ran out mid flight. We had to wait for the next meal service which was not fun. I ended up getting a sweet drink just to get by. Internet, which was paid, was so slow that I got tired of watching it trying to load the pages and gave up. Eventually, the connection completely stalled even though I still had over an hour remaining of the 4 hour package. I used maybe an hour of the total purchase. Total waste because I couldn’t get any work done. Overall, I did not think this was an experience worth a business class ticket."

I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."

The cabin is nice and new with large view touchscreen TV for each seat. Gluten free meal was good, I'm just glad they finally boarded the plane with my GF meal (after repeated unsuccessful attempts). Cons: "Huge queues for security at Budapest airport that stretched to the front doors of the terminal, followed by terrible gate facilities in a warehouse structure in the middle of the runway away from the terminal building. Flight delayed by 40mins but no information shared with passengers who were standing in the queue with no access to facilities or any information about how long the delay would be. Flight itself was (eventually) fine but not encouraged to fly easyjet again from Budapest if it can be avoided."

It also took over 40 minutes for the bags from our flight to load onto the baggage carousel. There was NO communication about the bag size/charges,etc. until we arrived at the counter to check in for our flight. They have an agent who monitors bags- you will not sneak by."

I guess I misunderstood but so did tens of other passengers. Annoying and very unusual. Never asked of me ever before and I'm a very frequent traveler."

Cons: "I purchased a ticket for a day trip from LTN > AMS and was sold an overbooked ticket. While there were other options available, easyJet slightly undercut the competition to sell a ticket for a seat which they never indicated was standby. Since my trip was only for the day, taking the next flight half a day later wasn't a great option. I attempted to check in but was presented with an unhelpful error and then told me the situation at the airport checkin. Inside Luton terminal, there is no easyJet representative to speak with past the security checkpoint until you arrive at the front of the line for your flight boarding. The suspense and lack of service was unnerving. Some passengers might appreciate a small compensation for the inconvenience of taking the next flight. If you absolutely need to be somewhere, don't buy a last minute ticket on easyJet. They don't tell you if you're buying a real ticket or just a standby spot."

I thought I could be out on standby, it wasn't my fault that the plane left without me after all, but nope, I had to spend TWICE AS MUCH on another ticket. The ticket agent said there were no seats because the flight was oversold but but that he would "take a risk" and book me for the next and last flight. There was a chance that after spending that money, I would get to the gate and have no seat. What a rip off! I eventually did get on the plane, only for us to sit on the tarmac. I will never fly easyjet again and I want a refund!"

At the check in gate, we asked the check in agent if we could carry on the roller board suitcase we normally use as a carry on for all or flights. We were assured we could. When we arrived at the gate we were told the case was too large and could not be carried on. We were then charged 60 euros for checking the bag when the cost at inital check in would have been only 54euroa. 5)3 gate check in crew were very rude!!! We travel a lot and have never had such a poor experience."

Cons: "When we arrived at the airport the departures monitor did not list our flight for 10:15! They had another flight that was listed for 10:55. Ended up going to 3 different gates to finally find 2 agents that then walked us to the final gate. We then ended up waiting for another 30 minutes before boarding a bus that drove us 10 minutes to a completely different part of the airport where our plane was waiting. We then waited another 45 before we took off. Staff was very nice and could tell they were stressed but at least they didn't make it any worse."

Had to pay to check my bag....and the price was outrageous...like 50 euros, to check a carry on. I wouldn't travel budget unless it was a last option. I would of rather paid a few more dollars. I ended up paying more in the end. Terrible."
Pros: "So used to subpar service in the United States. The EasyJet crew was so welcoming. Radu was an absolute joy! I wish we had EasyJet in America!"
Cons: "Boarding in Amsterdam was delayed and information was not available about it. The boarding gates did not have facilities for handicapped people on wheelchairs, or people with children in pushchairs, who had to carry them down through all the stairs to the boarding gate and then wait. They should be told in advance of those limitations and not allowed to take the pushchairs on the plane, I think."
