Cons: "Not sure how this could even happen but evidently two passengers boarded the plane and were seated when it was realized they were on a plane to Denver not Newark. With all of the security on an international flight, how does this oversight occur? Made me pretty uneasy! Boarding was slightly delayed but they didn't empty the plane and verify carry on items/ luggage weren't left behind."

Failed on the way out and on the way back. I have no faith that it will work the next time. Crew were sympathetic but powerless to fix it. A stale sandwich is forgivable, not having any on demand movies to watch for 11 hours isn't ."

Cons: "On my transfer from Dulles to San Diego The Stewardess keep repeating how cranky and hungry she was...there were people sleeping when she was serving that she didn't awake when she passed their aisle...so after service was completed and she was walking back thru to the front of the plane and those patrons stopped her...she proceeded to get loud with them and ask why didn't they get it when she was there before...like I felt her whole demeanor during that time was very unprofessional..."
Pros: "Crew was attentive and friendly. Jumped at any and all requests. Always looking for ways to assist all flyers. Boarding was quick and easy. Plane was on time, boarded quickly, AC worked perfectly, plenty of blankets and food was spectacular. Crew made the 6 hour flight feel like an hour of comfort."
