Pros: "On time."
Cons: "No complaints"

Pros: "On time."
Cons: "No complaints"
Pros: "The crew was very friendly, the pilot gave us some interesting information en route."
Pros: "Superfast checkin, easy boarding process although it seemed a bit chaotic."
Cons: "The crew really didn't follow protocols and manage the guests. The family next to me all had large duffle bags in their laps which should have been stowed. There was a large group of teenage girls on board constantly roaming around and congregating in the aisles. Just a number of little things that added up to make a quick 2 hour trip seem longer."
Cons: "Plane was late as most Ryanair flights in the afternoon are expected to be."
Pros: "Flight in the morning was changed by 3 hours making it impossible for me to get to the flight (Oslo Torp). Ryanair allowed me onto another flight (Yay EU 261) from the other Oslo Airport (Gardermoen) with a seat booked at no added cost. Customer service rep was fast and made the process very simple!"
Cons: "Diverted"
Pros: "Reasonably priced. Check in was quick and easy. Boarding was easy"
Cons: "Seats are very cramped and uncomfortable. I’m 179cm and it’s a tight enough squeeze for in the seats."
Pros: "Zero"
Cons: "I was charged 60 euro x 2 for boarding passes 120E Should have been made aware I checked in 24hours in advance with no notifications"
Cons: "We arrived at the airport over 90 minutes before our flight and were never warned we’d be charged a hefty fee if we didn’t check in ahead of time. We did try to check in prior, but there was an error in my confirmation code and it didn’t work. They told us we couldn’t get on our flight, then charged us $487 euros to take a different flight and required us to check all our bags! A total scam and they were extremely rude!!"
Pros: ". . ."
Cons: "It was our honeymoon, flight was nearly an hour late. When we asked the guy that was boarding us why the flight was not on time and very late he said ‘wheelchairs and stuff, you know the usual’ and laughed?! I have no idea why he would find incompetence or disabilities funny. The whole scenario was awful. Will not be flying with Ryanair again!"
Pros: "The fact that the delay was on the screens early enough to go to the lounge"
Cons: "Arriving into Dublin after 2.30 am"
Pros: "Crew was nice and apologetic"
Cons: "We waited over 1 hour to board. The airport was small and packed with sweaty people and delays. Seats were tiny and uncomfortable."
Pros: "We arrived alive"
Cons: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."
Pros: "Good flight with no turbulence. Checked luggage came out fast."
Cons: "They never gave me a printed boarding pass when I checked in and then once boarding the actual plane outside of WiFi range they made a big deal about not being able to show them a boarding pass. I had already shown two people before. If they needed to see it before boarding the plane then they should mandatorily give you a printed pass."
Pros: "Good price"
Cons: "They delayed us during the boarding"
Pros: "Very efficient and organized"
Pros: "With Ryanair, you can only really like the price and the people. To be fair though, m the toilet was clean.."
Cons: "Our flight was scheduled to depart at 7.30 am, but was still refueling after an earlier flight at that time. In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. As it was, the rain had just stopped while we waited at the foot of the aircraft stairs. We actually took off 45 mins late. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."
Pros: "The crew is friendly"
Cons: "The Nicole and Dime! The waiting, the process to check in, the airports they use."
Cons: "The gate for the flight was changed at the last minute and the flight departed 30 in late."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "They ripped off clients by sending emails charges at the last moment, not keep their own rules,"
Pros: "If you just need to hop across countries and can get by without knowing your seat or without a big bag, take Ryan. They’re reliable and you get exactly what you pay for."
Cons: "You’re not going to like it if you don’t like to get nickled and dimed to death. Check in and print a boarding pass before you get to the airport...it’s 50 quid if you check in in person!"
Cons: "Terrible service. I am writing an email to Ryanair as we speak."
Pros: "price and on time"
Cons: "carry on luggage put in hold"
Pros: "Very cheap ticket"
Cons: "Nothing really"
Pros: "Crew were excellent"
Cons: "The flight was late and we were kept on plane in London while stairs/doors were provided. Detracted from good experience"
Pros: "Not much at all"
Cons: "All passengers were lined up waiting to Board at the correct gate at leading up to and at the time the flight was supposed to depart at 11.55am. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."
Pros: "Cheap before extras. I think I'd rather pay more for better quality airline."
Cons: "I've had three flights with Ryan Air this week and every one has been so unorganized and stressful. The boarding process is slow, and a lot of getting in line and standing for long periods of time. Even with open seats they don't boom groups together (when they book at same time). I assume to get more money to switch but this just leads to masses of people trying to swap seatings during boarding. The landings on all three were rough, I fly a lot and have never had an issue and these landings were concerning. One they came into fast and had to pull up quickly to avoid landing."
Pros: "I had a Hand baggage and for space ,it went down, so i had to wait for my luggage"
Pros: "flight was on-time; value for money good!; baggage drop-off well organized; I arrived alive"
Cons: "seats are not comfortable at all; old rusty wreck of an aircraft; security check personell poorly trained (did not find a 1.5 l bottle of water I accidentally carried !); hence, safety not provided !!! Ryanair won't value as a customer but rather as some necessity that needs to be carried"
Pros: "no delayed, staff helpful"
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "It was quick"
Pros: "5 minute early arrival"
Cons: "We stood 10 minutes outside in the freezing cold before boarding."
Pros: "Staff were friendly, no delays and we arrived on time! No complaints"
Pros: "I have postponed return flight for personal issues. Thanks I booked "bussiness" tickets I had to pay just 13€ in the change. I think bussines ticket may include a small drink and snack. could be provided on ground, in the cue, everybody could see VIP treatment and avoid cost of transportation and managing on board. Priority Boarding its "affordable" to everybody, first row...also...but this snack would means almost no money but differetiation to those customers"
Cons: "In general I don't like to flight with Ryanair its something beyond me, no reason but I feel uncomfortable, I feel meat, not human, like I had no rights. Acttyally never had any problem with crew, but with "handling" people in the desk, people in the gate, whose if im not wrong are not "Ryanair" Sometimes I think if Ryanair promote this, or just hire them from jail but (with exceptions... ) i have often see ugly and unpolite people, that u feel are looking for your fail to get your money than provide a service."
Pros: "The price was very good, new plane crew were efficient and no hold ups brill."
Cons: "We were told to use the app for boarding passes-ok great except 'one or more passengers in your party may not use a boarding pass created on this app' ok fine I'll use the website. Except the website will not except any of our flight and travel or information it is it long and laborious procedure. We ended up spending over two hours attempting to get everyone in our party of four registered to check in for their flight only to have the website repeatedly crash and not send us the boarding passes . So in the end I would just warn anyone dealing with Ryan air to print your boarding passes as soon as you book your tickets and slip them into your suitcase once you're traveling and you don't have access to a business center you cannot get their website and/or their app to work correctly for you and if you don't have a boarding pass before you get to the airport they will charge you I believe the charge is €30 per person for them to print you a boarding pass even though their website and their app will not let you download a copy of your boarding pass in a timely and or easy fashion."
Pros: "Cost of the ticket but then...,"
Cons: "We could not print the tickets. Called Ryan they said just print at the airport. We arrived 2 hours before our flight and were told go back to the machine, and print tickets. We were charged 15 euros x 6 tickets. The agent said, "you should have been here 3 hours early to avoid the charge." Probably will not fly with them again. Why wouldn't they mention this when we sat on hold to tell them we could not get the tickets to print??"
Pros: "Flight was good."
Cons: "Check in is too slow. Method is cumbersome. They need technology. Staff unfriendly."
Cons: "They wouldn't consider a change in ticket. Nothing said that it was non-refundable. I had the wrong date and over the phone they simply said the tickets are non-refundable. Click"
Cons: "there were multiple hidden charges 100 dollars worth"
Cons: "slow, disorganized check in. Boarding is hideous, I'd rather wait in a DMV line. Airline run as if consumer, and luggage, are to be avoided. I cannot understand why Anyone would fly them routinely."
Pros: "Nothing, worst flight experience I have ever had."
Cons: "Part of the issue was the airport I left from which was Mykonos because it is unorganized. But most of the issues were from Ryanair, I check in a week advance (which is odd because most flights it's 24hrs before) they charged my 20 € for early check in but I am glad I did that because people at the airport who did not check in were charged 50 € at the airport. Then I remeber selecting that I had one bag to check in but after waiting in line and getting to the front desk the Ryaniar staff told me no I did not pay for the bag that I would have to go to basically the other side of the airport to pay for one 50 lb bag. This came to approx. 40 €, then had to run back try to go to the front of the line just to show her my receipt and then she glanced at it and told me ok go load the bag myself onto the carousel. This in all took be 1.5 hours then the security line was another hour, basically just made the flight. Then we got on the plane and the crew was so horribly rude, yelling at the passengers that they will not repeat themselves a second time. It was only an hour flight so you had to buy your own snacks and water which I have seen before but this was way overpriced and the stew didn't even come back to pick up the garbage and when I asked her where can I put this she told me throw it out when I get off the plane. All in all I will never fly Ryanair again, even though the ticket appeared a bit cheaper when you first purchase it really is a scam because they get you on a check in fee and bag fee which no other airline charges like Olympic or Aegan."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Did not know there was a 45 euro check in fee per person...never was advertised!"
Pros: "The original price was great."
Cons: "There were a lot of hidden fees and surprise charges such as paying for bags and having to print our boarding passes ahead of time or else incur fees. The entire flight was spent trying to sell us things."
Pros: "It's Ryanair you get a bargain price."
Cons: "Flight and services was as expected. I didn't purchase food. Seats don't recline."
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "The queue for bag drop was absolute CHAOS. On the ground this is the worst airline on the planet. Granted not so bad in the air, but no opportunity is lost to remind you how no frills Ryanair really is..."
Cons: "The ripoff off Ryanair on check-in!!!! Newer again Ryanair"
Cons: "Not even a drop of water provided. Never seen an airline that tries to sell you so much. Staff rude and bossy. The male attendant smelled really bad- needs to use deodorant"
Pros: "the colour of the plane"
Cons: "service was about as good as stevie wonder playing tennis..."
