The cancellation was disappointing but the arrangement afterwards was prompt and efficient. The seats arrangement were good. I still need to read further the details of how to get the compensation. All the flights taken were 100% delayed, not to mention the one that was cancelled. I couldn't sleep much in the flight from Abu Dhabi to Hong Kong because the egornomic design of the seat is not very comfy. Although there is more leg room, the seat itself was too tight and too hard. I suppose it would be the design of the seat that needs further improvements. The service of the crew and the boarding was good. The food on the flight from Amsterdam to Abu Dhabi was better maybe because the flight was in the morning, the food feels much fresher to the palate. And it was tastier.

Brand new plane lots of room the snack was very flavourful and enjoyable

There were no charge points for phones on the economy seats. The seats were comfortable overall. Food was okay.. flight was on time

I’m grateful for the KLM Air France shuttle bus service to Ottawa. However due to construction and other issues related to the chaotic Uber pickup system at YUL, it’s a challenge to find the Kelios bus service to Ottawa. The signs are not clear or even available. No staff to guide passengers. It’s a stressful experience.

The baggage drop-off in Stuttgart is bad: after online check-in you cannot use the automated baggage drop off as indicated on the website. You can use the terminals but have to cue to 1 of three open and slowly working counters to drop the bags. took about 45 minutes wait time.

Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.

Booked connecting flights with KlM. My serving flight was the furthest part of the airport. On arrival in Zurich. My two cases arrived but only one carry on belong to my son. His three suitcase didn't arrive. After enquiring we discovered they were still in Amsterdam. We landed at 11.12. We eventually left the airport just after one.

I requested wheel chair assistance , it was confirmed via email that inwoood get it but I didn’t get it . The last leg of my trip to Nigeria was the worst.

The boarding was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fault lays on Ohare Airport and not so much the airline. The waiting area by the gate was the size to accommodate a regional flight for 20-30 people and right next to a busy walkway. When you cramped nearly 300 passengers into that space is was unbearable.

one of my bags was drenched with fish smelling water and all my new clothes bought at dublin and the 23kg checked in bag were all gone waste with very pungent fish smell and also having stains
