Pros: "Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one."
Cons: "More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled and I had anxiety about being at my destinations on time because I had to travel another hour away without knowing if my ride would be able to wait for me. However, I was booked on another plane that wasn't damaged which got me there on time,but once I arrived my luggage was no where to be found. I was promised my luggage on the same day,but I didn't get it until 11:30pm that night from a 2:40pm flight. I had to go out and spend money on toiletries,night wear and my medicine because of not having my luggage. Just totally disgusted by the overall experience and wouldn't wish it on anyone."

Pros: "I was on a 3 seat side at the window. I was lucky to get seatmates who were friendly and helpful. The crew was great, and very friendly."

Cons: "The fact is that it is illegal to pack Sardines at compact as you are packing us on your aluminum cans."
Pros: "They held the plane for me. Due to customs and TSA, I had to run across the airport, and then a bus to the correct terminal to catch the plane. I arrived at the gate a couple of minutes after it was closed. THANKFULLY the gate agent came back (he was on the plane) and issued my seat ticket (it had been upgraded) and led me to the plane. So, didn't miss my flight, AND had a seat upgrade."
