Some how I got “offloaded” even though I had my boarding pass Food was horrible Staff were nice and cheerful No headphones were provided
Very Stress free Lounges were superb. Crews were caring. I loved it.
Horrible seat allocation. Boarding was slow. Food was average and so was entertainment. The TV terminal didn't work and so had to use remote.
Fare was much lower with a layover in London as I was able avoid numerous landing fees that would have been added to the ticket price had I booked a direct flight to Amsterdam.
Boarding process needs to be improved. Business class passengers were told to stand in the economy line and vice versa.
The entertainment system in the plane ✈️ didn’t work in our row… makes for a MUCH longer flight.
Undocumented cargo processung delayed flight 1 hour. After getting all the way out to take off, we had to go back to gate for 45 min + processing & refueling. :(
This flight had seats that were more comfortable than the trans-Atlantic flight I had come on. Boarding, however, was atrocious. There was no point in boarding groups since everyone ended up on the same bus to get on the plane. And the bus ride took forever to get to the plane. The snacks can barely even qualify as snacks. Make sure you bring your own or eat before getting on,
The flight was delayed for 7 hours. We missed the connection flight to India. The alternate option was > 17 hours just in lay-overs. So it was awful.
