Pros: "The flight was pleasant and we landed early."
Cons: "British Airways should at least give out small bottles of water or cookies to soften passengers affinity towards the airline. I did not buy anytjing but was also not served anything. In comparison to low cost carriers, I felt underappreciated."

Cons: "I would have expected in business class not to have to literally climb over other passengers to get out of my seat. The diagram I had looked at before picking a seat made it look like that would not be a problem but when others are laying flat there is no other choice but to climb over hoping not to fall over them or wake them up"

Cons: "Boarding - via a bus at LHR T3. Comfort - Cramped “ Club Europe” seat with minimal legroom - same as in economy. Food - disgraceful “tapas” dish of literally one scrap of ham, an equally small piece of cheese and half a scotch egg. Crew - disinterested to the point of surliness. Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Pros: "The Heathrow terminal, Amazing. Why does everyone in window seats keep all the window shades closed -- throughout the entire flight? It was daylight and beautiful outside. Are they all vampires? Why did my overhead light shine on the seat next to mine? Never mind... the flight was fine. Nothing to shout about, except for what I wrote in the next "What I didn't like" box...."
Cons: "I was assigned a window seat. I asked an agent if I could get an isle seat because I am a little claustrophobic. She said yes, and gave me 24D. Great, but I was annoyed and upset that she did not warn me that it was a front seat, with now place to put my personal bag. The wife of the guy next to me was 10 seats away, so I found an isle seat at the back of the aircraft and moved, so she could be with her husband. It all worked out okay, but the agent should have been more informative and have offered the option of that rear seat. It's not nice to be sneaky."
Cons: "Missed connection from LHR to INV, now sitting 8 hours at LHR waiting for the next flight. In a word, a disaster!"
Cons: "The representative at Miami took forever to get a wheelchair. She did not pay attention to my ticket that states assistant needed until I said so. She was in a hurry n did not give me all her attention. I think she was rude and inconsiderate based on my age or don’t feel like been bothered"

We are stuck in London for the night, the food is not edible at the hotel they gave us and now we are stuck rearranging all of our future travel plans because we can't get to Madrid until tomorrow. This is our worst travel experience ever. We will never fly British Airways again."

Cons: "Uncomfortable seats, NO free beverage or snack. Flight attendants were ridiculously busy with running credit cards for passengers who bought food/etc that others could not even get to the toilets. NO entertainment at all. Felt like United but at least no one yelled at me ir hit me."

Cons: "There was a delay which inconvenienced a friend picking me up. Also, not a complaint, but I have experienced better video entertainment technology. But it's still amazing I get to watch movies while traveling in the air from one continent to another continent."

Cons: "Old plane, flight attendants boardering in rude, very poor food (!), de-plane via steps to the tarmac and at least 7 coaches at Heathrow (an aged 747, so it took nearly an hour!)"

(Although, I had an interesting -- and fun -- conversation with a great flight attendant, Suzanne on flight BA0115 on 5/21/17. Give that gal a raise!). Excellent service. Clean cabins. Lovely menu followed by delicious fare. Overall, great experience!"
Cons: "The aircraft is illogically designed i.e. the awkward arrangement of seats in Business Class makes for an annoying obstacle for passengers who want to leave/return to their seats. But when they do settle in, it's as comfy as a cocoon."

Pros: "I liked the nice crew. Short flight from Paris and arrived in LHR little early. Even in economy, seats were confortable. The 1.5 hr Flight was very smooth and short."

Cons: "The replacement plane was very old. The entertainment screen was actually smaller than my phone, with just 4 low definition movie selections that started at preset times. My phone had 45 HD movies that started whenever I wanted them to. Toilets were dirty and in poor condition."

Cons: "Sold as a BA flight but it wasn't BA but Vueling a subsidiary of BA. This is in the small print and feels like a deliberate misleading statement. Far worse than other budget airlines like easy jet. Poor organisation and lack of staff with adequate training resulted in lack of information, long queues at check in and delays with take off and baggage collection. Practically queued for 2 hours. Make sure you arrive at least 2 30 hours before check in or you may miss your flight."
