Pros: "Paid in advance 45.00 a seat to reserve! Otherwise they assign at Check-in! Still ended up with a standard not premium seats in center. I chose 2 side seats online but plane must have changed. Literally could not move. My travel partner ended up spilling wine on himself primarily due to this and 1/2 size drop down trays. Call button brought no help , had to get up and go retrieve steward in back myself!"

They looked quite concerned when I turned down the pretzel sandwich, so I accepted and found it quite good! Also, team made sure my parent with reduced-mobility had a good boarding and transfer experience."

Cons: "I did not like the way Beatice of Swiss Air in Zurich completely rushed me at the gate without trying to talk to Mr. Mueller at checkin 1. I told her that He had starte an ardious process in recovering my luggage. She visibly tried to rush me through the process and told me there was othing that could be done. It felt really ugly to be lied to right to my face, when she diditn try to connect with someone from her own staff who had tried alot of heard to work to help me rectify the luggage question. For all we know, my luggage was in Zuruch, and her actions impeded the luggage from getting onto my plane."

At breakfast, I was asked by the steward to bring my seat forward (presumably so that the people behind me could have more space?), when the people in front of me were reclined: my face was literally centimeters from their seat, which made eating breakfast difficult and unpleasant. The breakfast rolls were clearly not fresh and we're tough and dry, inspite of having been heated."

Pros: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Cons: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."
Cons: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

The plane was spotless throughout the flight. They were always coming around with water and juice and they genuinely seemed to care about all the passengers. The Flight back crew were just the opposite. More like the old lazy farts you get on the American carriers or BA or QF long haul. Whoo have been there for the long haul and should have stopped ages ago."

Cons: "Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."

The bin has a total weigh limit, not the individual bag. Lufthansa needs to educate its employees."

Cons: "They didn't notify me in time on a delay and didn't suggested a different route. Therefore I was able to flew just the following day as my connection to the oversea flight was more then an hour delay. It happened with me flying to Budapest, and also flying back from Budapest. Make you better understand, that does it mean for me: in Budapest I missed the first part of my conference, and with the flying back one day later I lost one payed work day. As I have family in Budapest I decided to stay for the night there, and not at Munich, but just rescheduling my flight and providing me a taxi drive was so complicated, that it took two and half extra hrs at the airport, Also Lufhansa put me in my rescheduled back trip the MUC-IAD flight on the 45C seat, what was the worst seat on the plane. Not just that. When they have plenty of empty seat in all of the section, and they wanted to sell it the economy plus seats for more than hundred dollars, I mentioned to the fight attendance my misery ,and how I don't like the seat what I got, and she laughed on me, and I heard her telling her colleagues,this kind of funny way as they were behind me. That's no how they need to treat passenger, Also on flying back they didn't react fast, and they missed to put me on the Frankfurt plane, what could be an alternative route, on the same day, instead they sent me desk to desk."

It’s muxh cheaper to put us in a horrible hotel with disgusting food and fly us out the next day, then pay people to choose a new flight. I had two small children at home and Diebel to this incompetence missed my 4 year olds birthday. He was devastated all thanks to your airline."

Cons: "the second leg from FRA to BUD entailed a massively disorganized, no queue control free for all to go through the boarding gates, all of which just led to an overcrowded bus.... which meandered through the airport to your jet on the tarmac.. they then allowed boarding from either rear or front of plane which of course lead to the throngs meeting in the middle and trying to squeeze past each other... horrible. Then... the checked bag did not make it to Budapest as they forgot to transfer it in FRA. so, yeah all in all it was a cheap flight and we got what we paid for."

Pros: "First time for flying Lufthansa and I rate it higher than Emirates which was my favorite until now. Reasons? Number one, the crew. On top of every detail for a comfortable flight. Ten hours and I didn't sleep at all( never can sleep sitting up) and I think they came by with extra water and juices at least six times. Two hot meals of delicious food, superb snacks available near the galley, and comfortable seats with better than average legroom."

This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines."

I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

A disgrace both for the airline and her profession!"

Cons: "Everything, firstly I checked in early as recommended to find that my wife and I were not sat together. It gave me the option to change one of our seats, stating that it would only increase in cost if we select a more expensive seat. It turns out there were more free seats than reserved but to sit next to my wife (without changing hers) it was going to cost £10, no idea why as they hadn't selected her a more expensive seat. Guess what.....the exact same happened when checking in on our return journey, can't wait to board the plane in a couple of days! When arriving at the airport it is clear Ryanair are removing staff to keep cost down with no care for passenger satisfaction, you check your bags in automatically which appears a scam for over weighing your cases and charging you without having to speak to you. It coat us £10 for being over a kilo, we didn't believe we were but paid it as we thought we had no choice because no staff were close by. A couple beside us were supposedly 3 kilos over and believed this to be incorrect, they kicked off enough of a fuss to be able to go check in face to face and not pay a single penny, doesn't quite seem fair? The final nail in the coffin was the fact that at 8.45 (our supposed departure time) we were stuck in a huge queue watching people get off the plane we were due to board. No delays or hold ups had been announced yet we should have been boarding at 8.15 and told to go to our gate as normal for this time. No plain in sight and when it arrives we can't go straight on as people are getting off it! All in all Ryanair have been awful so far and I am dreading our flight home!"

Cons: "The crew did everything necessary, but they did not smile, their communication was not spontaneous and a bit "robot" like. This was in in contrast to the crew on our first flight to Brussels - the crew there was cheerful and fun to travel with."
Cons: "We stood in line for almost 40 minutes with no signs or help from anyone. Finally got to the desk and we were told we Needed to have boarding passes so we needed tonsee customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes to have the customer service guy charge us to print out boarding passes and that we hadn't checked in. Then sent us back to check boarding passes only to find out we didn't pay for checked luggage. All in all, we arrived 2 hours early only to pay twice as much as our original tickets and barely make our flight. Do your selves a favor and pay the more expensive route, because the cheap tickets were not even remotely worth the hassle."

At least 6 passengers left standing outside the bus for a good 10 minutes with indecisive ground crew pacing, staring and disappearing with no solution until a senior member arrived and squeezed people into the driver's cabin. Seat space is pretty tight. Not the most comfortable. Not a fan of trekking to Stanstead but it was earliest flight so no option but Ryanair"
Cons: "I did not like not knowing which gate was being used until 45 minutes prior to boarding. People who are regulars were able to queue up before those of us who did not know where we were heading. The baggage information is confusing; you can not be sure whether or not your bag will get on without a charge, but then when you get to the airport, the charge is greater than it would have been if you had more consisten info to start."
