Pros: "Once departed, the flight was about as average as any Ryanair flight can get. Crew were friendly and apologised on numerous occasions for the delay, and on arrival deboarding and getting to the terminal was swift and had no delay."
Cons: "Ground Crew Blue Handling was trialling a 'new process' of boarding & luggage handling which went into action the day I flew April 26th. This resulted in a passenger boarding the wrong flight and bags loaded onto the wrong plane. This led to a 40-minute delay in departure while they sorted this out."
Pros: "Lovely crew, great leg space and seats"

Cons: "The gate for boarding was supposed to close at 1205pm but they didn’t announce the gate until 11:30am. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:35pm but there was no announcement of delay, all of the attendants said that everything was on schedule, yet boarding didn’t even start until 1230pm. They randomly took people out of line and told them their bags were too big and made them pay 50 euro, even though their bags still went in the same hold and they were no bigger than anyone else’s when later compared. It was an international flight and multiple people didn’t even have to show their passports. Then on the plane we sat on the runway for about another hour and didn’t takeoff until 1:40pm. The take off was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The seats were basically lawn chairs glued to the ground and the aisles aren’t large enough for the crew so they were constantly bumping everyone in the aisle seats. The landing felt like the plane was going to flip over and crash and then on top of everything we were told that Ryanair didn’t have enough employees to take our luggage off of the plane."
Pros: "The few were incredibly amazing they were very friendly and educated, always there to help."
Cons: "Flight supposed to start at 18.55 but we didn’t take off until 9.45pm. I ended up paying extra money for a hotel because we arrived at 12.36 and the car rental were closed. A waste of money, no food, not water. Hope to claim back compensation for my hotel stay."

Cons: "Very late service. Crew forgot about our row during the drinks service. Usual chaos from Ryanair's aggressive seating policy although people managed to swap themselves around to sit together. This wasted more time of course."

Cons: "They managed to mangle the queuing in the terminal, getting everybody on theit feet and I need the queue 20 minutes before boarding started and then have us standing in a queue on the stairs for ten minutes. The flight was delayed an hour or so, and pass Nebraska then asked to take their seats quickly as if they had caused the delay. The crew were tired but polite. Standard Ryanair fight, really, run for the airline’s convenience rather than the passengers’ comfort."

Pros: "Only option available at the time. I would not have flown Ryanair if there had been any other airline flying the route in the time slot. Actual flight was fine, but the process from booking the flight to gettin aboard was horrible."
Cons: "Rayanair made the transaction as difficult, uncertain and unpleasant as they could. From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."
Cons: "We bought our tickets online, and even had the Ryan Air mobile app, yet still SOL. When we arrive at departure airport no mobile bording pass option (for our tickets), no kiosk for printing. Ling line to pay 50 quid for tucket printing, lol."
Pros: "Great connection. Efficient birding. Pleasant staff. Got the delux package which gives you extra leg room, extra baggage and priority boarding which came to about $125.00 for the entire ticket for a three hour non-stop flight from Barre in southern Italy to Madrid. Great value! Pleasant flight. Much better than I was expecting!"
Cons: "€21 to print out my boarding pass. They tell you that you have to print out your own boarding pass when you book on line but since I was traveling I didn’t have a printer."
Cons: "When check in took place we were kept in a dark,cold,wet & windy covered area for about 10/15 minutes before being allowed to board the plane. This is really unacceptable in this day & age."
Cons: "Delayed take off 20 minutes late from Cork, now at STN, we stuck on the plane because the ladder and stairs to get off the plane are not ready?????? Do we blame Ryanair???? Second time I have had this excuse while flying with them!!!! Maybe this is what you get when you fly with an airline who cut corners and costs?????"

Cons: "Ground staff rudely asked me to check if my bag fits. I kindly showed them my list (on the phone) of more than 40 recent flights. I travel twice per week for business. They insisted saying that they think the bag is big. It is more than obvious that the bag is a cabin bag as also manifested by the "cabin approved" signpost on it and my easyJet plus card attached to it. The new policy of Ryanair has made staff overly zealous to the point that they are arrogant and rude. I have paid the extra fee for the bag (priority) plus other quirks that they charge you as I was aiming for a stress free trip. I was first in line for better access to space. Still, my obviously cabin approved bag was questioned amd I was made to "try and fit it in" in front of all other passengers as a little kid put on a time out. Repugnant."

Cons: "We managed to choose a flight and sit next to a party of 17 gypsies. It was non stop. The kids couldn't stay still, always shouting or just screaming, running up the aisle. Banging seat tables and armrests up and down. At one point a young boy maybe 3 yrs old was stood on the table with his hands on his own seat back bouncing on the table. I have never wished for turbulance and the seatbelt signs to be on, But I did on this flight! The adults looked drunk while bording and one even asked me if I'd been to Tenerife while we were in Tenerife airport!"

But why did I have to check in online then stand in line to be told to stand in a second line to pay for my bag only to stand in the same line again to actually do the check in? Why? When it was done I asked the agent where to go to find the gate and he only waived on the next customer. I didn't seem to be worth his attention."

Cons: "I flew from Cork Ireland to PMI and unfortunately a large group of young adults boarded as well. They were drunk, obnoxious, adding around a bottle of alcohol singing loud songs over the announcements. The crew did not control them properly and even had to call the police upon landing. Poorly handled situation that made the rest of the passengers suffer through the appalling behavior."
