Very lovely aircraft and crew. Seats were comfortable and the food was great and served swiftly. Delayed flight due to a passenger coming off the flight but overall a great experience
It was excellent except for at the very end. I woke up about 1.5 hrs before touchdown and wanted to order food in the Business class. I was told they had shut down food service. It would have been good to get a heads up before they closed the service. Anna the air hostess was wonderful. She did get me 2 bowls of fruit and I was very appreciative of her. Wonderful human and a hostess.

I felt that when I was rerouted it should have been to business class.
Moved seats, didn't accommodate requests to change seats even though other seats were available.
Food was good, attendants were friendly. Seats were not comfortable. Did not receive any amenities such as eyemask or earplugs that would have helped sleep. Additionally a large group of passengers boarded very late into boarding and were a disruption for almost the whole flight. Flight attendants did their best but the kids were making so much noise, kicking seats, and half the time no adult was sat with them so they weren’t being managed.
Food and entertainment was very very bad. Also, Doha airport is very bad. Entertainment was same for last 1 month....no change. Old movies. Food quality was sub par.
If you want to make money pls charge it in the ticket, Chennai check in crew simply forcing travelers make payment for unnecessary. Second, Chennai crew not even listening travelers request. Poor service and not sure you will improve with my feedback.

It is an international flight so food, entertainment and blankets is minimum requirement. Also cleanliness was very poor.
Turkish airline is so mismanaged . We had to onboard a flight outside from tarmac when there was heavy rains . By the time we climbed the flight we were drenched from the rain and we were so cold. The flight service was so terrible. The flight attendant never responded to any of the calls. There were no extra snack left for the kid . On one of the more than 13 hours flight my seat did ot recline and the person in the front had reclined their seat completely , for the whole more than 13 hour journey , I barely had any space to do anything . I will never travel with this airline ever again , such a bad experience

it was a terrible experience. after 4 hours at the gate the flight was cancelled. the airline offered to rebook the flight for 26 hours later. Our team was travelling for an international competition. They missed the competition because the airline delayed them for over 30 hours. We already left the airport but the next morning we received an email stating that we were rebooked for a flight which was another 24 hours later after the already rebooked flight. We bought a ticket on Kayak. The reservation was delivered with a logo Airfareassist. I used Kayak services for over 20 years and assumed that I was dealing with a legitimate organization. Once the flight was postponed for over 40 hours, I learned that Airfareassist is a 3rd party agency whom kayak routes business to without notifying me, the customer. While I was entitled for a full refund, which was confirmed by the airline, Airfareassist only offered a partial refund and kept the difference. Kayak has failed to do a due diligence on the 3rd parties they do business with. As a result I will never do business with kayak again and am filing a complaint with the BBB and the Secretary of Transportation. This is a pure fraud and its unacceptable.
We couldn’t fly to Chicago on our booked flight. The flight was overbooked.
Istanbul to Miami is a very long flight, somewhat uncomfortable, especially because the seating offers very limited space outside of business class.
7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. My experience with Turkish Airlines was highly unsatisfactory. I was prevented from boarding my flight from Istanbul to Miami because they closed the gate 30 minutes before departure, despite my timely arrival. This inflexible rule forced me to book an alternative flight to Atlanta for $1,342.92, as there were no available flights to Miami. Upon reaching Atlanta, I had to book another flight with Southwest Airlines for $270.98 since there were no connections to Miami. Altogether, I spent $1,613.90 on additional flights. Consequently, my total travel time extended to 35.5 hours. The overbooked flight and the enforcement of such unreasonable rules enabled Turkish Airlines to exclude passengers without providing compensation, thereby compelling them to buy new tickets to reach their destinations. This practice is unacceptable, and I intend to report it to the Better Business Bureau and the relevant regulatory authorities.
