horrible! after going through hell and back to get a flight home after my flights got cancelled I also had a delay of 2hrs stuck inside the plane because of some technological problem.

All went well on the flight, not happy of course with having to pay for a seat and in hold luggage of £50

Plane is old. Toilet did not work. Once in Singapore the continuation to London was cancelled.

The food was very good and it came multiple times

Good crew and boarding process. Horrible food and one of the most uncomfortable aircraft seats I have ever sat in. The cabin temperature was warm which made it hard for my family to sleep.

charging port did not work, no entertainment system. Other than that the flight was good and safe.

Dreadfully long wait for bags at Dublin coming off an already late flight.

Uncomfortable seats. Crazy seat assignments separating families when they could easily have put them together. Good communication from pilot about arrival time after delay in departure. Toilet ran out of water in sink. Snack box poor for flight of this length.

Flight was delayed and there was boarding pass and flight information errors resulting in confusion and stress

Boarding was efficient. Flight left on time. Wasn’t full so we could spread out a bit. Food was ok.
