Cons: The whole business of charging for drinks and mediocre food in economy, while they tout that business will get a full meal. BA is NOT Ryanair, or is it?

Cons: The seats are small as it is. Putting boxes under the front seats hurts after a few hours ... whoever designs this should be forced to fly long-howls himself

Pros: Quick boarding and departed on time.

Cons: Everything else. Air Lingus is like Ryan Air with an Irish accent. No space, terrible food, very low quality entertainment system with the sound muffled and barely audible.

Cons: Many people missed their connection at Dublin. I had a horrible ~6hr wait. Aer Lingus did nothing to help or compensate.

Pros: Rapid boarding with no delays

Cons: No snacks, no entertainment.

Cons: Flight was delayed. Missed connecting flight to London. Two days with no baggage (missing).

Pros: Friendly staff and smooth boarding process.

Cons: British Airways charge you for water. However the flight attendant did her best and brought me a glass of water. It is the first time that water is not courtesy form an airline.

Pros: Our crew on the trip from DC to London was excellent- friendly and efficient. We really enjoyed the whole experience.

Cons: The short trip from London to Vienna felt overcrowded with people lugging heavy suitcases on board. Also the fact that you have to purchase even water was a surprise because we were not aware of such a severe policy by BA. Plus our American credit cards were not accepted by the on board cc machine so we spent 2 hour flight without any refreshments

Cons: The boarding process, better seats, outdated entertainment system, & slow Baggage delivery .

Pros: Very comfortable seats, lots of options for movies and tv to watch on their screens, lots of leg room.

Cons: Seat pitch is tight and seats don't recline. Boarding should be back of plane forwards. This would eliminate the log jam that happens when it's front first.

Pros: The crew was great and food very good

Cons: The purchase through a third party vendor on Kayak was a disaster. disclosure was not given about class of service purchased and limitations of that class of service. I spent so much on luggage costs and change fees I could have purchased first class. I will never book through Kayak again - will always go straight to the airline for purchase. This was a disaster.

Cons: Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates.

Cons: The way they collect trash in the plane after serving food looked a little primitive. The crew walks around without trash bags and picks up passengers' trash and just stacks them on their arms or on their cart. I have traveled with BA many times in the past 40 yrs, and i don't remember this scene. Either I was not paying attention, or this is the new policy???!!

Pros: Unlike my previous BA LHR-PHX flights, this one was in a 787. The humidity is much better in a 787. It makes a huge comfort difference in a 10-hour flight. As always on BA, the food was very good.

Cons: Seats were a a bit cramped. The flight crew seemed overworked.

Pros: Quick boarding, arrived 30 min early, fast exit and quick bag retrieval

Cons: Maybe not BA fault but immigration wait at jfk was 11/2 hours!
