Went in with low expectations based on other reviews/the fact that this is a budget airline, but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything went smoothly, seats were comfortable, food was not bad for airplane food, and of course the price of the flight was fantastic. The only real negatives I can think of are that the plane is a bit on the older side (think 2012-ish era planes, not a huge deal), wifi is a bit expensive, and the movie catalog is mediocre. But that is to be expected on a budget airline (I was honestly surprised they had free movies). I would definitely fly again.
No organization when it came to checking in and boarding. If you have diet restrictions make sure to plan ahead.
Cons: "I would suggest not taking a middle seat if you are looking for comfort. Once people start to sleep you are completely stuck and no more reapect for personal space. Would definitely recommend an aisle or window seat on such a long flight"
Despite stating in my search that I wanted a checked bag and pretty sure I added one during my ticket purchase, when I wanted to check in online I realized that the price I payed did not include any checked bag and I will have to pay extra for it at the airport. I also didn't receive the option to choose vegetarian food during the check in so I wasn't able to fully enjoy the meal provided by the company. On the plus side, we had enough space inside the plane to get 2 seats for ourselves and the seats were comfortable. The crew members were really friendly and helpful.
Business class is very poor , old seats with a iPad as tv…others companies offering better quality

Cons: "At the time listed for boarding, there was still no information on the screen, which was anxiety-inducing. This meant that in instead of being able to leave our portion of the terminal (where there was no restaurants), we stayed there to make sure we didn't miss any information about changes."

The website would not allow advanced baggage check-in so we were forced to pay full price for an additional price of 100 euro (unbelievable) and then the credit card machines were not working so we were expected to go and find cash to pay."
The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours, but I understand that it was not up to the company, however how they could handle the situation better, they never apologized for that delay, moreover despite passengers being there for 7 hours only thing they did was to give a bowl of instant noodles, afterwards on the plane tiny snacks, people were there starting from lunch time and we’ve arrived to destination at almost midnight
Flight was delayed for 2 hours for no reason, then we spent almost an hour after boarding because of the weather conditions. If we left on time we could avoid that 😾
Pros: "The crew was accommodating during the flight but spoke very little English and could not help with information on connecting flight."

Pros: "The food was good. It was nice that they supply wet hot towels before each meal. The seat was comfortable with the price I paid for. The rest room is nice and clean and quite spacious. The L’occitane toiletery bag was nice."

Cons: "Even for business class there is no TV screen on each seat. Just one small TV screen on the ceiling for a few rows to share. It would be much better with TV screen on each seat. I was sitting in the first row business class and the air hostess skipped me and didn’t give me a slipper. She gave me a used slipper at the end only without a packet. This is unprofessional to treat a business class passenger"
