Mind you our carry on was the same size (exact same suitcase) as 2 others in our party who did not have to check in their bags? "Priority Boarding is now only €4.99. Be the first on board to store your cabin bag and relax in your seat before take-off." I believe I am entitled to a refund based on the info on above taken directly from the Aer Lingus website."
Pros: "The Crew was lovely on the Transatlantic flight. The Dublin-HH crew was polite, one older lady was warm. Of course I would have like free wine, but I imagine many passengers might abuse the offer..."
Cons: "Narrow seats, not spacy feet place (fortunately a nice gentleman in the middle of us, 2 people, found a seat with more space - he was a very long and not too skinny man. Only 3 toilets for both isles of passengers on a TRANSATLANTIC flight."

Bottom line: advertising this airline as 'low-cost' is very misleading."

No free bags on this flight so all of the luggage lost had been paid for piece by piece. No free drink service; even a soda had to be paid for. No food, of course. Originating 10hr flight from Los Angeles to London was also uncomfortable, with small, packed coach seats, no air nozzles and poor headset connectors. I was very happy to get back on American Airlines for my return to Los Angeles. Wouldn't use BA again."

I also flew BA from London to Seattle (part of same trip) and the on-board meal & drink service was PHENOMENAL - the best I have had on an airline in years, and I did not get charged for anything, including alcoholic beverages. How can this be the same airline?"
