Crew was nice especially by North American standards. Bad good. No entertainment screens. Terrible WiFi
This flight was better than the first. Two of the flight attendants were wonderful at supporting m through nausea and vomiting through the flight. No tv, no food, very interesting. I’ve never paid for wifi (just the $3 chatting) until these 2 flights. This experience has changed my opinion on layovers. Idk if I’ll ever do one again
Check in through Kayak is IMPOSSIBLE due to the fact that Kayak & the airline of your choosing have different confirmation and reservation codes. You have to call the airline to find your actual information. My brand new KOBO Libra Colour 2 was destroyed somewhere in the security line. When I put it in the bin it was fine, and when I received it back, the screen was destroyed. Awesome. The boarding was a nightmare as people rushed to the gates prior the their boarding zones. I was seated between a father daughter duo who when I suggested I move to either side so they aren’t separated they said “no, we chose this on purpose.” They proceeded to talk over me, pass things over me, use my foot space, and lean on both sides. When we landed, the father was one of the first up, even though we were in the middle/back area. He then rushes his daughter to the point she quite literally clammers over me so they can push through people. The food was off putting: spinach & ricotta in a red sauce is a weird choice. The bun was fine. Tony’s chocolates were a great choice, though. The first flight was terrible. The second flight was much better. I was in a state after the first flight, and two of the flight attendants did a great job supporting the intense nausea I was suffering from by providing a large bag of ice and multiple ginger ales.
The seats very Uncomfortable, no meal and no entertainment for a 4Hours flight. Smooth Flight, Great Take off and landing. Superb crew!
Generally good. However. The flight left 30 mins behind schedule with no reason given.
Flight delayed, missed my pick-up had to Uber, plus missed dinner and medication, so sad!
The flight attendants were super! They created a cosy and warm flight atmosphere!
Flights were cancelled setting me in panic mode since my much needed weekend escape with friends was only a short one. No apologies given at the airport nor on the plane. Flight was rescheduled
Not only was the flight delayed more than 3 hours but also there was no internet or movies on the flight. It was Flair/Spirit quality of experience at Westjet prices
West Jet flight was cancelled and I was not notified. I found out when I tried to check in on-line. Spent 4 hours on the phone with West Jet and Just Fly trying to figure what happened.
I was forcefully re-routed to another destination and was delayed a total of 8hours. I have still not received my bags, no one is taking responsibility. The agents at the airport lied to me that I will get to my destination same time as my previous flight where I was forcefully re-routed from.
I checked in early in Kingstown and one of my luggage was left back. I am very disappointed because it contains items I care about.
The leg room was tight even after paying extra for economy comfort plus. It was difficult to move out of your seat (I was seated in a window seat). I am not a large person. I would not book the middle or window seats again.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.
Horrible, we were on a little DeHaviland 400 that was really small and shaky. I am 5' 4" and I had to duck my head to get in it felt like an old war plane.

Flight was delayed by 1.5hrs. Once inside, people had their small handbags on the storage. The crew (male guy) was not helpful in making some space in the storage. Instead, he asked few bags to be checked-in and it was not a great experience. No attempt to help but just followed the things with a straight face. People had their literally small bags and he wouldnt not move from one storage to another even if there was space and would not let us do i as well. Once flight was on, they ran out of Orange juice, really running out of orange juice when the temp were 32.degrees outside. didnt made the sense. Onasking for a extra snack, he made a face as if he was giving me out of his pocket. if the flight was delayed, there could have an attempt to provide something extra incase people did asked.
Plane was clean, crew were courtesy and friendly, great flight. There was no food or entertainment but it was a short flight.
