Wish they didnt delay off-boarding for 10 minutes so i could connect to my flight from miami to tampa

Attendants were pleasant and the flight was smooth and relaxed.

Did not get any refreshments. Crew was very nice but limited. Small seats

We had to turn around and head back to Manchester. Problem with a plane engine.

Several delays. Next flight was worse. Did not arrive home until 2am PT

Crew was late. Baggage was late. 2hs inside the plane waiting fro de-icing and traffic. A 3:30hs flight ended up being almost 6hs inside the airplane.

WiFi didn’t work for me. as headphones didn’t work either.

No choice of meal in first class. Was the worst meal I’ve ever had in first class.

Terrible service three hour flight and they gave us a cookie… no TVs or screens you gotta watch from your personal device. The little flaps that hold your phone and stuff for storage or broken terrible experience

Canceled flight for unknown reason after numerous delays and only available flight was the following day yet no compensation. No weather problem. Then had to fill out form to get refund. American used to be a quality airline - no more, very sad!
