Lufthansa is turning into a budget airline. On transfers, the luggage never arrives if you have less than 2 hours for the transfer. This is happened to me multiple times when I end up on flights serviced by Lufthansa. The first leg of the flight was serviced by Discover Airlines. It was a 3-hour flight and they only offer a glass of water. Everything else is for purchase. I purchased my ticket as economy which should have included a bag but it ended up booking as economy light so I had to pay for a bag in each direction.

Welp - they boarded us appropriately...then had us sit on the plane for over two hours before cancelling the flight...which meant another night in Munich. I probably had it a little better than most as over 500 people had to be accommodated/re-booked etc. The next day I boarded the same flight (for which I had now been ticketed 3 straight days) and - with "only" an hour delay, managed to finally get home over 2 days later than scheduled. I haven't flown Lufthansa to Europe in years...and I won't be looking to do so again in the future. To be clear, though, the people I interacted with - flight crew, Service Center, check-in were all professional and courteous - management is clearly to blame for their lack of communication and unpreparedness for when things go wrong.

Crew was very courteous, friendly and professional. Caring and attentive.

Flight LH760 from Germany to New Delhi, the food was excellent, the crew was fantastic, the seats in economy are usually tight these days, so I can say that the seats were Ok, the entertainment was OK because for some reason the sound is not very clear, overall I enjoyed this flight, compared to the flight (UA 962) I took with united from San Francisco to Frankfurt in this trip, that flight was horrible. Thank you Lufthansa.

The crew was exceptionally polite and caring. The plane was comfortable. Great experience. Will fly more on Air India because of this experience.

The crew was fantastic. They were always there when we needed them. No wifi on an 11 hour flight was a bummer. The entertainment onboard was boring.

We boarded the plane and waited for 30 minutes ultimately for them to cancel the flight due to engineering issues.

Love the little chocolate bars, and consumer rights in EU regarding stepped refunds when flights are delayed.

I pre-ordered my meal and did not receive it. The seats are very old, uncomfortable and dirty. The crew was excellent and made my stay on board comfortable and enjoyable.

The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.

Has upgraded from inside from leather sets to new version of touch screens ,,thank u

There is no respect or customer service whatsoever in Egypt airline extremely poor customer service never fly again. Find ticket with adjective airline. It’s like throwing money in the trash.

The plane was falling apart. Screens didn't work. My chair didn't work. My tray didn't work. It makes me nervous about the maintenance of vital functions for flight. The food is horrible. We never eat it.

Our flight was delayed for more than three hours due to mechanical issues. Please compensate.

Made to check carryon and had more than 500 dollars stolen buy airline

flight was late, after landing they made us stay 30 min-hour on the plane, very uncomfortable and not clean at all. Trash all over the plane very unsanitary

Nice flight, friendly crew, and a decent in-flight meal.

Check in was madness. Boarding was madness. The flight itself was OK, and the flight attendants were nice. Connection to my next flight was two hours. But based on my arrival gate in Cairo, and next departure gate in Cairo, the whole two hours were needed given the inefficient procedures. At the end of my journey (connected to Lufthansa after Egyptair), my checked luggage did not arrive, and after 4 days, has still not arrived.

Everything was ok except cleanliness of the plane, it was poor.

It was appalling! Using small aircraft for 5 hour flights is ridiculous! No legroom, terrible food, no drinks apart from water, tea and coffee (once only) makes it a terrible experience. The cabin staff really badly handled the behaviour of an extremely obnoxious woman who insisted on fully reclining her seat for the duration of the flight with a very tall man behind her. She abused his and the staff and they were not able to deal with her at all other than to tell the man that they are reclining seats and they could not prevent her from doing so. They were also very slow to react when a large nu of passengers stood up and started taking their luggage out of the overhead bins whilst the aircraft was still taxiing at Heathrow. I will never fly Egypt Air again! I know this isn’t the airline’s fault but the security at Cairo airport was a joke. With the terrible security record on flights out of Egypt, they really need to take it seriously. Scanners weren’t working, liquids were allowed on, only one person operating the cray machine and searching bags caused a massive backlog of people…I’m convinced you could have got anything onto that plane if you were determined enough. By the way, it was the same story in Aswan airport.
