By the time we got to passport control, there was a huge line and an hour and half was left before take off. Anyways we joined the line. Half way through, 45 min before flight (flight was eventually delayed for an hour I think but we did not know that at the time) we realized that we were definetly going to get late and were looking for any Emirates person (whilst in line) who could guide us. Eventually someone did came and told a group (some way ahead of us) that people flying to Lahore and Karachi can go to another office for passport control (we ran to that office). I believe instead of sending 1 person to a line of say 300+ people to fetch for people for Lahore and Karachi can devise a contingent plan for these kind of situations. Maybe use a hand held digital board asking passengers with Flight no:XXX to head to a place so and so. Maybe megaphone can be used. Instead of passenger anxiously trying to get to 1 person whilst keeping in line to get some important information. In flight I used the button twice to call a crew member for some juice and water. But nobody came. But that might be understandable as there was a lot going on some 1 hour after dinner I think and is not a big problem. Don't know what kind of coordination they have with Dubai airport staff, seemed least bothered."

They are keep talking around three hours it’s doesn’t problem if a cabin Crew didn’t give them many bottles of wine. They are drinking for three hours with 9 bottles for 3 girls. They are talked so loudly,drunk and the smell very bad.you know i couldn’t sleep but When They are asking for more wine and the cabin crew also give it for them, i cant belived it!!!. And another guy he want to enjoy with them and asked me to change a sit, i want to sleep and i though it will be better for me. But its not. They are talked more louder. And the problem is when they are getting drunk, the guy back to his sit and take something in his cabin, because he can not control his actions so some stuff from his bag drop down over my head also my body. I was mad but how should i do? Point at his face and tell something bad? Oh i can not. canbin crew just comes and say sorry with me. That is a bad flight that i ever had. You treat customers well but you should have a limit. Im so disappointed about my flight of that day. Thank you"

We had only 1 hour and 25 minutes at Dubai to catch our India flight and our in New York started late by nearly an hour....worrying us! Though the delay was made good during the NY Dubai flight, there was no assurance from the Captain about this when we left NY....and we were doing calculations throughout the 14 hour flight!"

There is not enough room to even reach down to pick something up if you drop it. Overhead lockers are full. I think planes either need to be redesigned with sleeping compartments (such as the second class compartments the trains have) for overnight flights or seats need to be slightly larger to make up for the fact most people are larger today."

At one point I requested bread and butter, the flight attendant seemed annoyed and said if she can find some, and never came back to me. I went to the galley, where a male flight attendant was working on something. I requested some bread and butter from him, was met with s smile, and was able to locate a roll and butter for me in under a min. Please note, I do not think this was a gender issues, it just happens to be the situation with this case, and I specified it as I do not know the names of the flight attendants, but the airline should be able to identify who was working the different sections."

Cons: "Because we were late, my baggage didn't get transferred. I had to ask around to find out who handles Turkish air baggage issues in Tel Aviv. I found out within a out half an hour what would happen -- you had them delivered to where I was staying the next day. It all went smoothly and fortunately I had allowed extra time after I arrived ... no problems. And the people who handled your baggage claims were professional."

Cons: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."

Cons: "Here is a recommendation. When your business class is empty, and by empty I mean nobody was there, use the available seats or some of them to upgrade some of your loyal travelers. Also, when your business class is empty there is no need to draw the curtains, unless you have something to hide. Your personnel was not in the mood to work today."

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."

The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

Pros: "There wasn't anything particularly special about this flight to make it stand out from other airlines. It was just a short 2 hour flight and had everything you needed."
Cons: "At check in, the agent said she had put me in the exit row, but I was actually just behind it."

Cons: "We landed into Ataturk airport while a coup was going on! And no one from Turkish Airlines was anywhere to be found for the next 16 hours."

Cons: "I wanted to cancel my flight on Turkish as I was concerned about safety after the terrible attack there at IST. I was told that TK were changing tickets and issuing refunds for a period of 7 days after the attack - and I was scheduled to fly on day 8. They refused to refund or change - all they would say are 'fare fules' - 'fare rules'. When I passenger has a concern over personal safety, and in the aftermath of a large scale lapse in security at their main hub, they should be more understanding and not stand by their arbitrary 7 day rule."

Pros: "The flight was effective, on time, the service was very good. Good food"
Cons: "I couldn't understand the entertainment computer. I experienced a much more friendly one at different airlines, and they had a rich variety of content and games. Please also make sure that all staff is fluent with English - few of them seem either not to be communicative, or not confident to speak."

Pros: "Turkish Airlines were a great surprise - everything was much better than expected. Highly recommend flying with them."

Cons: "You've got to pay for a can of ginger ale now? When did British Airways become a budget airline? What a joke. The plain is an old outfitting with flip down screens and whatnot. It's not like we need these things for shorter fights, but why would anyone pay more to fly a nicer airline if you're treated like you're on Ryan Air?"

Cons: "WHY is there no dairy free food?! I'm vegan but even for lactose intolerant people with more normal diets - there were absolutely no options! "meatballs and rice or pasta with a cheese sauce" - come ON! It's not that hard to make a vegetarian option that also happens to be dairy free!"

Cons: "I am 6'3" and I cannot find sufficient leg room. The answer is paying additional for seats with extra leg room, is no answer at all. The answer is quit jamming more seats in to a ever shrinking cabin."

Cons: "Took over two hours on the phone to try and get rebooked. Missed the last flight out of the night due to incompetence. British Airways desk check in staff was so rude, wouldn't even talk to us. Thank goodness for the helpful Air Canada grind crew in Toronto."

When it came to boarding my husband who needs special assistance was first taken to board first but then had to be brought back as refuelling was not done and was then last on board. When we arrived at Heathrow his special assistance was not there and we had to wait for about 10/15 minutes. It is stressful traveling with someone who needs help and even worse when there are delays. We were advised that we could leave the aircraft which we did but we were left waiting in an area without any toilets which is a problem for him"

Cons: "Not the fault of British Airways, but Denver International Airport has a cumbersome and lengthy process for the re-entry of U.S. Citizens. We stood in two different lines for over an hour to be screened for customs."

Pros: "A little more leg room than regular flights, yummy food, more bathrooms. Even though I couldn't sleep during the whole 10 hours, there was a lot to watch and play provided by the airline."
Cons: "During the flight, I called the service button a few times and no one came. I don't mind going up and getting water, but it was a hassle being in a middle seat and asking my fiancé to let me out several times."

Cons: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Pros: "swift boarding allowed for an earlier departure and arrival 30min ahead of scheduled time"
Cons: "I waited 30min at the priority check in queue while being first in line this whole time. There was only one counter open for normal check in and one for priority when I arrived and after 20min waiting, the priority counter closed completely and there was just one counter open remaining, with just 10-15min before the check in closed. We had to wait another 10min to be able to check in our luggage! On arrival, luggage took 45min to just start delivering, completely wiping out the 30min arrival ahead of schedule."

Pros: "Arrived ahead of time."
Cons: "No free alcoholic drinks. Seats are barely up to international standard - narrow, as is the aisle. Very poor quality food."

Cons: "The sign said it would board by rows but they did general call and it was ridiculous on a flight this large. Nothing"

Cons: "This was a connecting flight for us and was delayed causing us to miss our flight home from London to Los Angeles. There were no flights back to Los Angeles until the following morning (18 hours later). We had to stay in a hotel near the airport in the meantime. My boyfriend and I were forced to miss work an additional day causing stress and inconvenience to our lives."

Cons: "Did not like that I thought it was a BA flight but was really a EI flight , which means I had to get a boarding pass but I was sure was on BA and almost went to there booking counter to get boarding pass."

Cons: "Terrible food, no option available online to order special meals, the restrooms were filthy and not looked after. We are never flying either British Airways or Aer Lingus in future. It was a big mistake !"

Cons: "The plane was old, so the entertainment system was buggy. It flickered, got loud then quiet and would reset over and over again."
