Cons: "Doha to Washington plane was an old plane where entertainment system did not function properly, seats did not recline etc. Emirates A380 is a lot more comfortable plane."
Pros: "Crew is so helping and attentive , not like american or european carriers . Inflight dining options in economy was like premium economy"
Cons: "Plane a330-300 was little older and outdated in terms of entertainment system , but since this is short journey hence i dont mind"
Cons: "I really didn’t like hke the Internet is free for just one hour. And how I cannot make international calls using the doha’s airport wifi."
Pros: "Service was fantastic as usual for me however it seems women are not treated equally service wise as wife on all 4 legs did not get all the things i was afforded. Lighting, pajamas, bed mattress, meal choice queries etc"
Cons: "The need to pull out boarding passes multiple times-like 6 times- and having to be screened Twice. To even buy some mouthwash i had to show boarding passes. Ridiculous"

Emirates is great for someone like me traveling and on an expired H1B

Cons: "The guy on the second flight was a bit creepy"
Pros: "Nothing. Will never fly with emirates again"
Cons: "Disaster from start to finish. Use qatar much better public service. And make an effort to get you on connecting flight"
Pros: "I had a great time. The best part was that my luggage reached on time!! Thank you!"
Cons: "I carried the same exact baggage from my SFO-DXB flight into DXB-MAA flight but was still charged excess baggage. Even after being asked to checkin my luggage I found that I could carry it in and there was more than enough space to accomodate everyone."
Pros: "Overall flight quality"
Cons: "Free wifi time can be increased to at least an hour and Food quality can be better"
Pros: "Overall, wonderful! Appreciate that they started boarding early and that we left right on time, if not a little earlier. Was very comfortable and excellent flight. Thank you so much! Very pleasant experience."
Pros: "Everything from take off to service to landing. Was superb, real proffessionals."
Pros: "Staff were friendly. Aeroplane clean"
Cons: "Lack of space, I sat against the fuselage and moving around is very difficult. Taking my bag from under the seat is nearly impossible."
Pros: "I liked everything! Excellent service. Great food, entertainment, and flight. Nothing went wrong. Thank you!"

On time Arrival and Departure despite budget airline. In side the aircraft, seats and floor carpet is very clean and neat

Pros: "Basically nothing"
Cons: "They should do announcements properly, and the crew attitude is awful."
Cons: "No entertainment very bad seats no blanket when asked for"
Cons: "Denied boarding. Needed to make it to another flight in Mumbai airport. Need a visa just for transit to my next flight. Disrupted all my travel plans. Had to buy new tickets. Would like a full refund."
Pros: "Seats very uncomfortable"
Cons: "Separate counters for wheel chair passengers as well as bus transport. There were several unruly travellers and it is not fair that ground staff should have to remind passengers of protocol. Separate transport will help."
Pros: "No, not really, especially the boarding crew. Where was chaos and signs of lack of planning. Gate changed towards the end and sequential boarding wasn’t done properly."
Cons: "1. On time performance, flight started 1.5 hours late, 2. Boarding procedure was unplanned and the gate resembled a fish market."
Cons: "cost of the seats can be reduced or it can be free"
Pros: "Cleanliness, quality of service and the attitude of cabin staff."
Cons: "Delays to be avoided, Gate changes to be avoided, Boarding process was not properly streamlined."
Pros: "Neat clean well organised and systematic"
Cons: "Cabin announcements volume can be lowered. It’s too loud"
Cons: "Flight 6E 188 to Chennai supposed to leave at 6.20 AM got cancelled by airliner. Lot of discomforts faced. Indigo should pay me penalties to me by three times the charge."
Cons: "Food needs a taster to approve it. Not in the laboratory but on the plane"
Pros: "Crew was great and movie selection was good. And the food was also good"
Cons: "It was all good!"
Pros: "Crew was very nice and no surprises while boarding at the gate"
Cons: "You had to pay for snacks or water"
Cons: "Flight was delayed 30 mins to Dublin and flight was delayed 1 hour back to London. No free meals provided"
Pros: "The Business Class accommodations and staff were excellent. The boarding process was on-time and painless and made a very long trip enjoyable. Despite my poor experience checking luggage, see the dislike comments, there were two employees who did go out of their way at the end of my poor check-in experience to help me. I did not get their names, but their good service was greatly appreciated. The plane crews were also awesome!"
Cons: "1.Outdated website information: I have a small travel guitar that fits in the overhead bins and I always take it with me when I travel, with no issues. It counts as my overhead carry-on. I checked the British Airways website prior to leaving the U.S. and it said small instruments were okay. I was able to board from San Jose, USA, with no issues. However, I was told at Heathrow that no stringed instruments were allowed at all, under no circumstances, ever, no matter the size, even Business Class, even First Class, even if other airports were not enforcing the rules. The rules that ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE 2. Poor customer service: Due to the above, at Heathrow airport, I had mixed signals everywhere and had to check-in THREE times, twice to oversize, I was sent back and forth all over the place, finally having to go all the way through the airport to pay to have my item boxed. Most of the folks along the way were extremely unpleasant and rude and acted as if it was the craziest thing in the world that I would have a carry-on travel guitar. TRAVEL guitar, small, not full size, not needing any special treatment. Most of the agents, who knew I was struggling with this, did not help me, for example, I had to wait in line all over again, twice! There was one woman that tried to help me and put me to the front of the line on one occasion and the last agent was helpful as well. I did not get any names, which I should have, because at the end, I FINALLY had those two staff members who helped me (see liked comments). I still had to check my box, but the final agent really went out of her way to make me feel better about the experience because she could see that I was given the runaround. But the folks at Oversize and the pre-Security line, were absolutely horrible and rude. No excuse for it at all. None."
Pros: "Flight left almost on time and arrived on time. Crew was friendly."
Cons: "Wasn't able to select a seat ahead of time like with other airlines. Seat rows way too tight (even for a normal 130 lb person like me). No good movie options, very limited selection. Food pretty bad, but that's almost expected this day and age."
Pros: "The flight attendants were great, helpful and polite. The food was delicious and there was planty leg room. A great airline to fly with and I'd highly recommend them."
Cons: "Nothing, all was great."
Cons: "Not the best airplane food I had, luckily I packed some snacks before leaving Düsseldorf"
Cons: "The change of seats with the motove of keeping balance on the plane"
Pros: "The flight itself was good and the crew was friendly and attentive"
Cons: "We won't go through Dublin again. The walk from the arrival gate to the maze of bureaucracy ahead was way too long. The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"

Transit time could be 15 min longer atleast. It was right on the dot to boarding time. Giving minimal time to do shopping

Cons: "The main meal was ok but that was it. If you can't do food to a standard them dint do it at all. A piece of fruit would have been better"
Pros: "Only process of boarding."
Cons: "Everything else was not close to other comparative airlines. Food was horrible. Just FYI, cottage cheese is not the only food for Asian vegetarians. There actually are many other options. Not enough options for entertainment. The seats for economy class were way too crammed. With the growth in technology, it would be helpful to have a USB port to charge. ELL phones."
Pros: "Seat upgrade in response to complaint"
Cons: "Etihad website did not allow check in and seat allocation until arrival at the airport. This meant that, despite having booked months before and making numerous attempts to complete web check in, my wife and I would have been placed in the centre two seats of a block of 4 seats. The check in process makes Ryanair look excellent!"
Pros: "I reached safe and the flight was smooth with minimal turbulence. I did not interact much with the crew but they did their job as usual."
Cons: "The food was not good. I had ordered low calorie and I got uncooked chicken and uncooked vegetables"
Pros: "Never flying with Etihad before, but it really impressed me with its roomy aircraft, friendly crew, well-rounded and creative e-entertainment and fine food for its amazingly affordable price. I was somehow selected by the airplane for an upgrade flying to Bangkok which even elevate all of my experiences above. A great layover program definitely recommended!!!"
Cons: "Flight attendants in the economy class could be more attentive and walk around more frequently to check up passengers needs and passing out waters. Need more care to the food sanitation especially open water because I had later diarrhea after drinking it. Could be more organized for lining up different seating zones onto the flight, also seat arrangement is a bit off because bothe times I was asked to switch seats for couples and families w kids."
Cons: "Same food both time! All mixed! No one passes water or pick up trash"
Pros: "The was very poor they even offer use a drink on the first flight waited 15 mins for a coke that was died when the Gabe it"
Pros: "Etithad was amazing gorgeous happy staff, plane was comfortable and food outstanding"
Pros: "Almost everything. Lovely staff....good seats.....plenty of recent movie options. Made 7 hours fly by!"
