It was Poor first the lady that take care of me was rude and not helpful. I need to rent a car in Dallas and dropped off in San Antonio and she ask for a credit card and my flight tickets!!! they were rude and they had all these other rules that I had not had read about. I will never rent from them ever again as the car was dirty and I was basically told it was my fault if I took the car. Pros:Staff were friendly, and the car was clean when i received it.Cons:Having my reserved car ready to go, instead of having to wait for over 4 hours in line and to see if i even will have a rental car, (the staff told us they are out of rentals) Also.....have your Thrifty counters open! Both locations were CLOSED and i had to deal with another rental company to just get my reservation for pickup/drop off.Reviewed 1 Jun 2021

Pros:The staff at the pickup was great!!! The car was excellent and provided a safe journey over our 1600 mile trip.Cons:At pickup and drop off, we ended up going to the old Thrifty locations and had to be redirected to the Right location. Communicating that you have merged companies and local ions for drop off and pick up would be really helpful. Cons:Made a reservation two months ago for a rental car for my trip. Get to the rental car pick up and they proceed to tell me we don't have any cars and it will be a 3-4 hour wait on a car. I have a two-year-old, and a pregnant wife that needed to eat and you wanted me to wait 3-4 hours. That was wrong why take my reservation if you could not fulfill it?Reviewed 27 May 2021
