Cons: There was nothing we didn't like. Our daughters themselves tend to critique hotels but they were very impressed.

Cons: I did not really like the room service menu

Cons: This resort is huge, so there is lots of walking. Bring a stroller for your little ones.

Cons: It's ridiculous the amount of money spent here. Cabanas are way overpriced, food overpriced, and every kids activity was an extra charge. It felt like a kids frat party--i think this reflects more on the guests than hotel. I've come to expect a certain level of decency at JW but this just felt like a step down. No recognition as a platinum member. we went midweek and that was good as I heard crowding can get bad on weekends.

Cons: The room felt like it needed to be steam cleaned with bleach... The room appeared to be updated sometime in the early 2000. But has not been maintained well. The bed was as hard as the floor. The shower head was loose and the bathroom smelled of old urine. We ordered Breakfast to our room the first morning. The breakfast was good and when we where ready to leave for the day I called to let the staff know so they could come up and clean our room. We where gone the entire day and come back to the same mess we left that morning... At 250 a night plus 30 a night valet parking This should have never happened. That night I went to drink a water bottle the staff provides for you in the room and there was no seal on the lid on either bottle. The cleaning person didn't even bother to change our water bottles. just filled them up with tap water and called it a day. If you are looking for a clean room with basic hotel services I would look past this place!!

Cons: I think the parking at $30 a night is a little too pricey.

Cons: Outdated hotel facility and Kayak's incorrectly rated hotel stars do not match the overpriced money for my stay.

Cons: The building is old and the rooms show it. My first night there was a some fan, or machinery noise that made it impossible to sleep. I was able to switch rooms that night which was nice. One morning I had no hot water. The staff listened, but didn't seem concerned about it. I only had one breakfast at the hotel restaurant, but it was quite underwhelming and definitely not worth paying for.

Cons: He AC worked but never properly cooled the room. I was uncomfortable my stay.

Cons: Valet was $35 ...should have been included with hotel

Cons: Parking was difficult. I wish the stay came with parking instead of having to use valet. I had to pay for valet and to park right outside each day as I have to have quick access to my car. Although it was a nice hotel, I won't be staying here again.

Cons: No microwave in rooms or fridge.

Cons: I thought the valet was overpriced and they should at least allow one free parking per reservation

Cons: Because of construction the signage wasn't up so I almost went to the wrong hotel, but because you emailed me the address it worked out fine.

Cons: toilet stopped up entire time

Cons: The pool was very small.

Cons: Under renovation and some things were missing. In our room, the shade part of our curtain was missing so all we had was a dark privacy curtain. Also we were not informed during our check in or reservations that the pool and gym were going to be closed for renovation. Something to be noted is the lack of a dresser with drawers to put your clothes. We were staying for four days and the shelves provided in the closet were not very accommodating.

Cons: Free wifi was VERY SLOW.

Cons: We stayed for two nights, and room service never came to clean our room after the first night.
