10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel, no problems. Staff were very professional and happy! Being the 3rd of March the whole area was lovely and quiet and this was a lovely base to explore Kerry. Being situated on the banks of the river Sheen, beside some small falls was magical. The hotel is very well appointed and spacious. Spotless. Swimming pool, sauna, and stream room were an excellent way to relax after a days walking and before a lovely meal in the hotel. Room and bed exceeded our expectations. Recommended!
Cons: Nothing.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel was lovely, staff really lovely but I found it difficult getting around the hotel. To get to our room we had to go up on the lift, walk a long corridor, down a long flight of stairs snd another long walk to the room. I gave up trying to find the Spa.
Cons: As above
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Staff and comfort and location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding: from the moment we stepped in to the moment we said goodbye everyone was friendly, focused on providing great service and social. The room was amazing as well with the view of the water, the size and the bathroom that had everything we needed. The food was beyond great, the wine equally good and the afternoon tea highly recommended.

Pros: We were down for Quest Kenmare and needed to store the bikes. They allowed us to bring the bikes to the room, have breakfast early before the event and loaned us an umbrella when we needed it. Very friendly staff and the food was lovely and tasty. I would recommend staying here anytime. Just off the square so very central.
Cons: More towels.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice accommodation in the heart of Kenmare . The staff we met were lovely . The room was quiet, even though there is a bar on the ground floor. It was clean , would stay again if we were having a night out in Kenmare.
7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was lovely, freshly made. The location is on the doorstep to everything in Kenmare. The room was comfortable.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: In light of COVID-19 I spent a week trying to contact the hotel via booking.com, direct email and phone call without any success in order to look at my options knowing the hotel would probably have been shut on the day of our stay (Mar 21st). I didn’t even get an acknowledgement from them which tells me all I need to know about how this place is run... they had my prepayment up front and following the strict terms and conditions they do not have to reimburse me however in light of the exceptional circumstances the world finds itself in I would have expected better... lesson learned from me.. never prepay... but if this is how coachmans want to treat possible guests in future stay well away.. we will be rescheduling our event in Kenmare in future but I won’t handing over my hard earned cash to Coachmans
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The heated bathroom floor is a nice touch.

Pros: Noreen and Neil were delightful hosts. The library provided a most comfortable additional space to read and relax. The location in the center of the small village of Kenmare was precisely what we wanted. The proximity to shopping and pubs (with Irish music) fit our interests perfectly. It was great place to share the experience of true Irish hospitality.

Pros: The hosts were very nice and had helpful suggestions. Tthe breakfast was excellent! We only stayed for a night, but it would have been nice to be there for longer.

Pros: ROOM WAS BRILLIANT

Pros: Foley’s is in a great location. Right in the heart of everything. We lucked out with street parking right in front so that was great. A pint of Guinness and/or cider sitting at a street side table on a warm and sunny afternoon added to the charm as we watched the world wander by.

Pros: The location was excellent - we managed to park at the rear of the property. The room and en-suite were spacious and spotlessly clean with plenty of hanging space, iron and ironing board as well as a tea/coffee tray (on request) Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and the staff were wonderfully welcoming and friendly We ate dinner here too which was also very tasty. Would definitely stay again if in Kenmare Thank you
Cons: The hairdryer is attached to the bathroom wall so if you like to blow dry your hair pop a dryer in your case . Not a massive issue if you are prepared There wasn’t anywhere to sit if not in your room as the bar downstairs was so lively and popular it was full - but there are lots of bars immediately outside the door so we were able to go out instead

7.9 Good
Pros: Booked following a last minute cancellation by The Ford who had over booked. Last minute booking and wouldn’t have been our choice as it was more expensive. Beautiful location. Very old house with character. Quirky. Not my choice but Hannah was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room was beautiful. The downside was not accessing WiFi
Cons: The bedroom was quite filled with antique wardrobes, dressing table and 5 other small tables. We had chosen a double bed with our previous booking : this last minute reservation had 2 single beds. My husband is large framed and over 6ft. tall. Unfortunately, prior to our stay he had been very unwell and desperate to lie down, rolled off the bed banging his head on the table squeezed between the bed and bureau. Not his day!

Cons: Leaving the hotel
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I highly recommend the Park Hotel. It's a great place to stay at the weekend. I would like to highlight that the staff was amazing, they treated us well, and we felt very welcome. I do not remeber being treated so well in Irish hospitality previously that way in a while and I think a lot of hotels should learn from the Park Hotel! Well done you really surprised us! We only stayed one night, and the place was very quiet. Clean facilities overall. Spa looked very nice. The bar area has a great location plus they had amazing intertament. Price of pints very moderate. We got a free upgrade, thank you for that :) The location of the hotel in the city center and it give you an easy walking access to the rest of the town. If you are looking to experince old Ireland, this place is right for you.
Cons: No jacuzzi avalible for guests. You have to book a treatment, if you want to get an access. Heating in the room was very old style, it was impossible to regulate the heat. The restorant seems a bit expencine, so we went to have food outside plus very limited viraety of food.
