Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to downtown attractions, the Alamodome, and the Riverwalk. However, many reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues with linens and bathrooms. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests appreciating helpful staff while others reported rude or unresponsive employees. Value for price was often criticized due to extra charges for parking and maintenance concerns. Overall, the location was the standout positive, but cleanliness and value were major concerns.
