Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to the Riverwalk and local attractions. Many also highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, which contributed positively to their stay. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the rooms, citing issues such as dust, mold, and general neglect. Parking was another common concern, with complaints about extra charges, limited availability, and safety worries. Additionally, some guests found the rooms smaller than expected or misrepresented in photos. Overall, while the location and service stood out as positives, cleanliness, parking, and room size were notable drawbacks.
