Only one attendant to provide service to many customers arriving at this airport. Car was not clean and was fuel empty. Additionally when I returned the car I was charged for the extra fuel!!!

Very easy check in and check out experience with Sixt Team in CDG airport. Team was expert and easy to communicate. The Jeep Renegade I rented was an excellent car with zero issue. I strongly recommend Sixt to everyone

I reserved a gas engine car but got assigned an electric car or gas car in the confirmation. The electric car class is $200 cheaper in the reservation page. I paid more but SixT purposely sneak in a cheaper product. I tried to contact them and got very rude response. They refuse to admit their mistake and charged me three days of rent + tax for cancelling a reservation due to their fraud presentation. SixT is a fraud and a very rude company. I'm glad I only lost $200 and dumped SixT.

I chose to have full insurance coverage when booking and prepaying for the car. The reservation on the Sixt App showed that collision and theft coverage were included but upon arrival the agent said that her system does not have it included and that I would have to pay $40+/day to get collision and theft coverage. She said I only had 3rd party liability. I showed her the reservation that clearly said "collision and theft coverage included" and she said that it was not showing that on her side so it was not included. I did not add the insurance and probably would have had a major fight if I would have needed to use the insurance.
We had a flat tire on the 6th day of our rental, they picked up the car and never gave us a replacement. We could not return to the airport the next day. Ended up spending a lot of money to make our way back to the airport

First of all, our rental agreement said we needed to pick up the car in terminal one. So we travelled from terminal two to terminal one to pick up the car. And then we had to stand in the lineup for three hours! To pick up the car. To only be told that our car was at terminal two, so to prevent having to go all the way back to firm terminal two, we rented a more expensive car to get on our way. We will never be renting from them again.

It was easy to find and the staff were friendly. The car I got was smaller than advertised (said 4 bags, more like 2 fit) so they tried to upsell me to an electric car of the same model which also didn’t work. They then switched me to another car which was decent but by that time it had been an hour of figuring things out. When I returned the vehicle at the time I left they still charged me for an extra day. Total rip off!

Didn’t realize it was an electric car - asked to pay to switch to a hybrid or gas’s due to planned long drive. Staff member refused & was rude. Didn’t try to understand & kept speaking in French even though I asked for English. Gave small electric car with NO charging cord & the charging port on the car didn’t match any of the charging ports available on the road or in the town we visited. We spent more time looking for & staying at a charging station than we did being able to do our planned tours of the area. Agent didn’t explain return process for an early morning return & I circled the airport twice before figuring it out.
Couldn’t pick up the car because we arrived one day later due to an international flight cancellation. Had to cancel the reservation and make a new one and the price had doubled !!! We cancelled the reservation to get refunded and we left.

People carrier
I rented a car that had some damage which was noted on the rental agreement. After I returned the car Enterprise opened a claim for the damage even after I reputed the damage was caused by me.

The complete inflexibility to adjust my pickup/drop off time, even three months in advance, even with a friend who lived locally making repeated calls for me, means I will never use this service again. Absolute garbage. Book your cars directly with the rental companies themselves. The pennies you might save with these parasite booking companies are not worth the absolutely abysmal support they provide.

Experience was great! The car return signs at Paris GD airport for all car rental returns were much too small to see well after dark! Toughest time finding rental car return lane! Should be very well marked! Not your issue as much as airport’s issue, but after dark VERY tough finding where to go and google maps Europcar return was not as instructive as I had hoped

We were late picking up the car due to CDG immigration being delayed. Arrived at car 1hour 30 min late. We were charged a late fee of 50euro. So we were charged for using the car less. Will be disputing the charge.
