Pros:The staff were extremely helpful. I ended up changing my reservation to an earlier time with no cost, then was unable to make it in that early due to unexpected circumstances. They ended up adjusting it so I could bring it back later on my return date, which they didn’t have to do. Staff is very friendly and laid back. Pros:The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their serviceCons:They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up.
